I find it ridiculous how they lost my shipment order and when I called they said they delivered it. A few days later I called back and they said they read me the delivery signature from two years ago. This situation threw back my business cards for my store.After re-ordering, I had to go back to the store a few times and had to wait for them to look for my receipt after giving them my bank statement TWICE.I'll never do business with them again. A rude British man, pointed and told me to follow the dots on the floor. I did and he walked from where he was (10' away) to "help" me. He rudely informed me that he couldn't take a tarp that i had brought in a box (despite Amazon informing me via the return process that no box was necessary). You couldn't convince him otherwise. He curtly processed my other two returns and recoiled as I took my boxed tarp back from the counter. Such a jerk! Of note is that I went to the UPS store (Dillsboro Plaza) and they couldn't have been nicer/more helpful. Use them instead!!!
