    Just got my son's birthday invites and tags printed out and Liyah Suber was so helpful and knowledgeable! Such a great asset to the team

    The man and women in the printing section today were unkind, condescending and chose to gossip instead of help. Won't be coming back.

    Daniel in printing is awesone. He was very informative, patient, and kind. I had to call a couple of times and it didn't bother him at all.

    Inconsistent staff and slow service. Had me waiting over 15min for a manager who never came. Just took my business elsewhere.

But we don't have to be!…read moreWe've got a contract with the Geek Squad and have had it for several years and I can tell you they have never once disappointed us! They've always been able to fix the problems, mostly the run-of-the mill sort. But were successful even the time we were hacked and infected with a deadly virus. The Geek Squad told us the virus was so bad my lap top may just end up as a "great big paper weight!" Completely ruined. But they worked on it and amazingly they fixed it good as new! I just got through speaking with Zach and as usual, he was knowledgeable, professional and personable. As a matter of fact, all the Geek Squad members have been very approachable so explaining our problem has always been easy. They discuss our situation in a way we can understand it, and whatever options we may have are explained so we can make an informed decision. Whatever we've paid in contract fees over the years. We feel we've received much more from our contract with the Geek Squad than they have from our contract fees! Zach and all.....Keep up the good work!

I waited…read more30 minutes before someone picked up and hung up on me, I could hear people laughing in the background. I needed some repair work done but if they cannot even speak to you to go over the issue and set up an appointment how reliable are they?!? DO BETTER! Customer service is extremely important if your Geek Squad Service Technicians cannot answer the phone to answer questions and set up appointments why employ them!

    My laptop screen started getting fidgety (in the middle of finals week). No drops or obvious damage…read more- and I would tap the screen and the black spots would move depending on where I tapped it...I got by that way for a week than finally it just started freezing I couldn't see much. This happened during the Covid-19 Pandemic, right when the lockdown began. Campus Computer was 40 minutes from where I am staying - there were closer locations but Logan was super friendly and upfront the entire time. He seemed very honest, he called and when he gave me an estimate - with a student budget, I wasn't quite ready to spend that amount. Logan completely understood and told me to take my time getting back to him. I decided to move forward because I had some school work I hadn't yet backed up. Within I think 2 days of agreeing, Logan called back saying my laptop was ready! I was surprised at how quickly because we expected the screen that needed to be ordered to have a shipment delay with the pandemic and all. Anyways, pick up was smooth - of course, not the standard in store, but in a safe Covid-19 pandemic way! I'd recommend Campus Computer to anyone - quick repair, family owned and cared enough for public safety to change the way they operate during this time.
