First of all, this is a "0" star rating. My son called at 8:50 a.m. and the tow truck driver did…read morenot get there until 1:00 p.m. The driver was talking about the lunch he just had of chili cheese fries. You see the problem? 4 hours. Then, they can not tow the vehicle because it is to low to the ground. All of this could have been solved by taking a pic when the request was made, not after you get on location. From what I understand, 2 drivers out and only this guy, who obviously has no concern for someone who is broken down. Don't want to hear short handed. Total crap! Will never call or use them again for anything! I suggest you call other tow companies that are dependable. It's a shame, this company used to be better than that.
