As some other reviews have stated Dr Morris is an arrogant jerk. I saw him twice and he was very cold and unfriendly. He never even cracked a smile once. Like someone else said, he didn't even ask much about my medical problems. He's totally against smoking, too, and didn't approve me for flower, only edibles. I'll be going to a different doctor now to renew my prescription, and will try to get approved for flower again. I used to always be approved for flower with a previous medical group. I only left them because they were more expensive. Morris might be cheaper, but he's not a nice person. read more

This was the most horrible experience I've ever had in a doctors office. I'd been a patient of this doctors on and off for 20 years. I came back for weight loss assistance and they hand me a mask - never asked if I were vaccinated - I'm triple jabbed. I was startled and therefore wasn't too nice about it honestly. I asked to speak with Dr Morris about accommodating me cause I have a hard time with masks, which is one of the reasons I got the 3 shots. They were all rude to me, especially him. Didn't even say hello, raised his voice to me in the editing room in front of all the patients,, told me I wasnt wearing my mask right, that he owned the building etc, - which I completely understand - and good luck to me. Arrogant SOB All I wanted to do was tell him about how uncomfortable masks made me and could they accommodate me, like my waiting either in my car or standing outside until my appt and have the nurse come get me when she was ready. then I could put one on. Never gave me a chance to talk with him privately for even a minute. the way he treated me was rude and insulting beyond belief. He took my money for years, no problem. I came to the doctor for a few issues and to find a primary care doctor as I recently moved to this area. He was arrogant and never asked my issues, just told me the tests he REQUIRED or I couldn't be his patient. Told him i am experiencing severe back issues, had me stand and do a couple of movements and told me he felt it was serious. We talked about an mri but when I returned home I noticed it wasn't in my paperwork. My shock was when I called, I was told he would order one after I get all of his required tests and return for another visit in 2 weeks. What kind of Doctor allows a patient to be in pain without helping them??? Didn't he take an oath?? He is a joke and is, and obviously, not concerned with people. Extremely upset!! read more

Dr. Morris is truly a compassionate man He listens to you and he helps you get off of dangerous pain medication. His bedside manner so to speak is wonderful and I cannot recommend Dr. Morris enough for pain management and all the other services they provide. I'm a patient of his and have been for a couple of years. His office specializes in weight loss, pain management, medical marijuana, and auto accidents etc. I had an appointment yesterday and his behavior was very alarming. He contracted Covid-19 and was absent from his practice for about 2 months. He is back to work sitting at his desk on oxygen and wearing pajama bottoms and a T-shirt. I believe he is backlogged and trying to get everyone caught up with their visits. When I went into the office, the waiting room was packed and had people standing by the walls because their was not enough chairs. I was in the waiting room for about an hour and half. The walls are very thin and his office is near the waiting room. I listened to him talk with the patients and he was saying bizarre random statements, talking about everything from "Obama and his politics" , spoke of college antics, how much he spent and lost being at his practice, past girlfriends. Weird . Things that a doctor just wouldn't be talking about normally. I was called and then sat in another half hour in a room. The techs are very busy and confronted with a lot of stress, but who isn't. When it was my turn I went into the office. He started talking about his sickness and what he was going to do with my prescription, and when I tried to tell him I was in no rush for it because I know he's very busy, he had a loud outburst and started yelling about NOT TO MESS WITH HIS PROCESS. That was very disturbing and alarming for me to see and go through. I don't believe he is well enough to be working or prescribing drugs when he's in that state of mind. Also, the medical techs never has taken my vitals correctly. She went through the motions of doing it, but when I asked her what it was she said "it doesn't matter ". That too was disturbing. Sammy, the receptionist certainly appreciates appointments scheduled in advance, however you can still see the Doctor as a walk-in. And most of the time your wait is minimal. I would speculate that's why you shouldn't expect TV or WiFi, as this is a medical clinic, not a coffee shop! See my tip, but realize this office also addresses ALL medical concerns other than weight loss. Dr. Morris & staff are competent & friendly. read more

My experience was for medical marijuana. The process is not immediate. Dr. Morris walked me through the process in a patient and sincere manner. His focus is to have his patients depend less on prescription drugs and get relief from medicinal mj. Smoking is illegal, so he gives prescriptions in vape or pill form...be prepared. Initial visit is $200, $75 to register with dept of health which has to be mailed via check or money order. You also have to upload a passport 2x2 photo which you can have done at cvs or Walgreens for about $13. Since Florida is backed up on its registry, it could take up to 4 weeks to receive the medical mj card. Every time you need an adjustment to your prescription, you must visit Dr. Morris which is $100 per visit. It's not cheap... but it is legal. read more

What a joke. This guy is smoking what he is prescribing!! They make you pay for your appointment soon as you arrive because you are forced to wait. After waiting OVER two hours past my scheduled appointment, I finally told the nurse I had to leave. When walking past the doctor, he was in his office chatting with a nurse and two men. He was not in the least concerned that he had an office full of people waiting over two hours past their appointment to see him. In addition, Dr. Morris cancelled more of my appointments than any other doctor in my life. Apparently, he thinks his time is more important than anyone else time. In addition, the nurse took my blood pressure which was 175/110 and didn't say a word. Thank God I found Dr. Wendy Bond located at 14271 Metropolis Avenue. Her office is professional, efficient and helpful. Dr. Bond is understanding and compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. Wendy Bond. read more
