I called Morris PC Solutions and talked to Larry, the owner. He invited me to come right over and he would take a look at it. He explained the process to me and even though I couldn't see the broken screen he pulled it off the computer and showed me on the inside. I discovered Morris pc solutions about two years ago by recommendation of a friend. Brought my pc in to him and gave a description of problems ,he seemed to have a good idea of what needed to be done. Had my machine repaired with some upgrades the next day at a very reasonable price. When new problems came up, called Larry and he was able to remote in and fix the problem at no charge.
