Second, they told me it was a bad battery, then told my it was the wrong charger. So probably just the wrong charger but thet still charged me to replace the battery. I paid $280 to replace the battery and replace the charger port, which I think is high. I bought my own new charger. Now 6/8 months later I need to replace the charger port, finding out that they didnt soder it back in. I'm not rich and I can't afford to pay for the same repair twice because they didn't do what they needed to the first time. So, if you want some arrogant dude to talk down to you while overcharging you for a half finished repair, this is the place. Otherwise go somewhere else. FYI owner reminded me of the SNL skit about the office tech guy.
