I highly recommend this dealership and service department. The air conditioner on our 2018 Buick…read moreEnclave stopped working while we were in Florida recently. We brought our vehicle to a Buick dealership in Florida. After they performed a dye diagnostic check of the system, they said the front and auxiliary evaporator cores were leaking and needed to be replaced and quoted $5266 for the repairs. The estimate seemed excessive so we decided to get a second opinion. Brought our vehicle to Grinnell Motors. Had the same dye diagnostic check done. The technician at Grinnell Motors said only the rear evaporator core was leaking and needed to be replaced; the front evaporator core was fine and not leaking. Their honest assessment saved us almost $3700 in unnecessary repairs. If you need service work done on your vehicle and want to know who you can trust, go to Grinnell Motors. A special thank you to Luke, John German, and the service technicians!

I did not realize until about 6 months later that once the vehicle leaves Canada and is titled in the US all factory warranties are null and void. No one during the buying process mentioned this. (second mistake, I should have researched this) Did not realize this until I had recurring evap issues and called about the warranty. I should have unloaded this vehicle immediately but I did not. (third mistake) I am now paying to have new cams/lifters installed with 68K miles on the truck. I change my oil every 5K. Not sure about previous owner. Lessons learned: 1. Do not buy from Wes Finch. 2. Do not buy a Chrysler/Dodge/Ram/Jeep vehicle ESPECIALLY if it was originally built for Canada.

I had the fortune of stopping here for gas in the midst of my road trip back from Oklahoma, and…read morewow, was I impressed! I was cold as heck, and tired, so I thought getting myself a coffee would be a swell idea to warm me up, and provide me with something to do on my journey home. Caffeine doesn't really have an effect on me, but that's okay. I just anticipated getting a black coffee, maybe choosing between French vanilla or hazelnut roast, if I was lucky, and maybe it'd be brewed within the last few hours and not too burnt. Well, guess what? I was in for a real pleasant surprise! My coffee options were so bountiful! I don't normally opt for anything but black, what with the dairy and all, but this Kum & Go has my back with not one but TWO non-dairy creamers! While my original intention was to get a hot coffee, I wound up getting a huge iced coffee, freshly ground and brewed hazelnut, with oatmeal cookie oat milk creamer, and a couple pumps of caramel syrup. Can you imagine what this would have cost me at Starbucks? The cashier told me about the rewards program, and how the points can stack, so I'll probably sign up for that sometime in the near future, as I know we have one of these not too far from my house, and any way to help counter act the price of gas is groovy by me. The price of their refrigerated snacks seemed a little excessive to me? My dog is spoiled, and when we're on the road he will only eat salted meats and cheese . I got him a Jack Link's and cheddar bites package, and it was $3.99 for a small little pouch. Yikes.
