Not only did the lady on the phone patiently answer my questions but her compassion and love of her job and of animals was evident just from that call. I was able to get my 12 year old golden in for his appointment the following week and they were just amazing from beginning to end. They showed him so much attention during his visit and despite being super busy, they truly take the time to comfort and love on each client that came through the door. Customer service, quality of work, pricing, and overall experience was nothing but fantastic. Cooper loved them and I cannot express my appreciation for the kindness they showed to me and my handsome boy. 10/10

Had to make a fast search for a pet store when one of our cats produced an unexpected litter of…read morekittens at 4 a.m.! A friendly and amused PetSmart associate helped us find the kitten formula and nursing bottles we needed for the baby who hasn't figured out how to nurse. We picked out some baby toys for them and checked out the aquarium section. They don't have the large selection of aquariums and fish that the Garner store does, but their fish were in stock (not always the case in the Garner and Raleigh stores) and there were some interesting varieties. I breed tropical fish and their aquariums were very clean, attractive, well stocked with plants and their fish were very healthy. Their selection of reptiles is quite good, and we enjoyed visiting the snakes and lizards. I may be adopting one of their beautiful Corn Snakes soon! This store offers everything you need to welcome and house your new pet. PetSmart has the best inventory of pet foods anywhere. Your furred, finned, feathered and scaly family members will be well fed with their help. Thanks to the store for offering pets for adoption instead of selling puppy-mill bred dogs and cats. PLEASE, folks - ADOPT, do not shop! Great store and their staff was terrific. Thanks!!!

Isabel came to our house 3x times a day for an hour each time and provided lengthy walks and stimulating play/activities. It is clear that Isabel loves animals, but she goes above and beyond through her social media channels by providing useful training information and photo updates for pet parents. We look forward to using her service again and highly recommend her to others!

Megan and Justin did a wonderful job and I…read morewasn't worried about the medicine that my cat has to have twice a day; they were happy to do so, 12 hours apart -- and they are skilled at giving meds in general. They video taped the cats hanging out and getting lots of attention and sent it to me while we were gone. I actually got home a bit early, so it was terrific that Justin could give lots of attention to my male cat (who obviously adored him and wouldn't stop rubbing up against his legs) while I brought my stuff in. Justin even offered to help me unload, but it was even better to see how much the cats loved them! I would recommend them to anyone who has to leave their homes -- it's reassuring to know that pet sitting isn't just a 'job' to them -- they love animals! If I still had dogs, I would also hire them in a heartbeat! Carroll H. PS Sorry it took me so long to post this, guys!
