I reached out to two business to have this guy served for the third time because the first two times I didn't do it professionally. The judge suggested I get it done professionally for the third time so I wouldn't have any issues. The first person I contacted replied back after I already got in contact with the Morrow Detective Agency. They called me, asked the details and we coordinated to meet asap! I had a problem. I broke up with my live-in girlfriend ( now ex ), last month. She joined a secret BDSM Sex Cult in Camarillo. She wanted to frequent that place while still living in a room in my house! I told her she had to move out. I gave her a 60-day notice, then she went all crazy ex-girlfriend on me which became just cause for me giving her a 30-day notice and I had to give her that notice quickly so I called Steve! He went out there at night, right in front of the sex cult house, intercepted my ex and professionally served her with the notice to vacate. Believe all the bad reviews. He over charges and doesn't have the proof that he worked the hours. Wrote down hours and used that as a tracking mechanism for the hours. When you track hours, they need to be documented on a picture or a video. He and any attorneys he recommends are all in it for the money. They do not care unless you book more than 4 hours. It's a scheme to get you to want to book more hours. They purposely will not get any results with the $500 you spend so they can charge more. Steven Morrow is not a professional you want on your case. Did not ask to rehire. Asking to work the hours you did not work. I tried asking nicely but nice doesn't work. read more

Professional service for the most part. But I will go with another detective agency as well. I didn't want to overspend so I went for the least amount of hours, gave the info they requested via email, & gave the timeframe. They were courteous enough to go out twice due to the fact that the 1st time kind of seemed rushed, I thought detectives did a little more than just sit around and leave when they didn't see anyone after 15mins. So the 1st attempt was unsuccessful they were professional enough to try again, even though I requested a refund and was denied due to the fact that they already started, I completely understood. Before the 2nd attempt I tried my best to give a more detailed timeframe and more information, thought things would turn out better but they didn't. The detective got there too early said to avoid mishaps but that just left them waiting for an hour and a half and only left a limited amount of time after work. Basically unable to get any evidence of anything, my only gripe is I have children that I believe are being put through a bad situation and wanted to prove to the court that was the case. Hopefully this review will lead me in the right direction to where I can get advice and not waste my money next time. *in response to the owner: Thank you once again.
