His price was right on with his original estimate! I had him add in a second part to the original job as well. There was no light on the back door. He added the light and, put a VERY good light electrical outlet with it as well. He was extremely professional, curtious and his work was of very high quality. Even the inspector was impressed! He did an excellent job of keeping the work area cleaned up after the job was done. There isn't a trace of him being there. He also arrived exactly on time (a little early to be exact.) If you need an electrician, this is the person to call!

Epic was called and came out twice only to tell me that it was working properly. We are faced with using space heaters, fans and a portable AC to find any relief from the cold and heat in the winter and summer, respectively. I just find it disappointing that more locally owned businesses don't stand behind their work or their product. Are we a society that focuses on greed and not quality? Brandon, the owner's son, called me on the weekend and we scheduled a day for the following week. On Monday morning he called and said he would be in the area that morning, and true to his word, he and his helper showed up within the hour. Together they had the fan up and working in 30 minutes. They were recommended from another electrician who was booked out for 6-months. The big install was the installation of a Generac stand-by generator last October 2021. When Costco and other vendors couldn't find a stand-by generator for at least 3-4 months, Grotberg Electric was able to locate one and installed it in one day. The install was first rate and the customer service was 5-STAR. Over the past two days, we had power outages due to high winds. In both cases, the stand-by generator kicked-on as soon as the outage occurred and cut-off as soon as power was restored. The generator turned-off literally seconds before my text alert from Avista arrived to notify me that power was restored. I recommend Mike and his team at Grotberg without hesitation, and I give them my highest rating.
