My daughter's bedroom wall heater wouldn't turn off, so I had to turn off the circuit breaker. I called Joe at Problem Solved Electric. He returned my call shortly, and even though he was scheduled out for the week, he came out that evening and fixed the problem. It turned out that the thermostat cover had gotten bumped, causing the temperature dial to jam, which resulted in the heat not shutting off. He refused to charge me, not even for his time and travel out to the Athol area. I had him come out the next week to replace a bathroom fan and a light switch. Joe is highly competent (I know this because my husband is a retired electrician and project manager, and he is now in a care home) and efficient. His prices are very reasonable, he communicates in a timely manner, and he is honest, trustworthy and reliable. As Memorial Day weekend started, the power in my garage went out for no reason. This including my sprinkler system and my freezer. I've lived in my home for five years, and never had this problem. I called Joe, and he answered within the first two rings. I explained the problem, and he was convident he knew what the problem was and he had a solution. At his direction, I seached my entire garage (fortunately I don't have a real clutter garage), and found the outlet that had tripped. I was able to reset it, and the power came right back on. Joe was a life saver, and it it happens again moving forward, I will have Joe come to my house and replace the outlet. I called them about replacing a ceiling fan. They were able to get me on their schedule next day, after a slight complication (not their fault, I bought the wrong part), they came back the following day and continued the job. Super affordable prices, very polite, friendly, and professional. Joe and Landon were great!
