This time however, the overfilled my oil during an oil change and I had made a big trip 215 miles to Illinois going high speeds when the oil level high warning came on. I had never had this happen before. They were unreachable when I called Friday. I left a voicemail. I never heard back so I called Monday. Talked to Mike who told me "it should be fine" and that it was too short a time to cause engine damage. I was shocked. They didn't try to offer any apologies or an oil change next time on the house or even for me to bring it in to look at. I felt so dismissed not to mention unsafe! It also cut into my weekend home with family because I spent most of the time trying to fix the issue including buying a supplies on Amazon and taking it to vavoline. They offered no solution and quite frankly did not care. Only after I said I was uncomfortable with how relaxed they were about this did they say I could bring it in to look at if I really wanted to, but that there's nothing that they can do or offer me other than to "triple check next time". Go to a place that cares and won't put you in danger. They also failed to mention there was a mice nest in the engine.

Much like the other "not recommended" review, I found the customer service at this shop is less…read morethan acceptable. We were given the name of this shop by someone with many years in the automotive industry in the Indianapolis area. We were told they were the best. Unfortunately, we'll never know. Four months after initially contacting this shop and getting an estimate from them, we were told today, they don't work on BMWs any more because they are too complicated with all their computers. We need a hood and a bumper cover. Nothing that requires even remotely doing anything to a computer on my car. In addition, my car is a 2004. There are 2014 Fords with more advanced computers than what my car has. To top it off, my insurance company has already cut them 2 checks to do the work - thank goodness those are still in my possession! I'm not saying this privately owned business has to take every customer that walks in the door. I'm saying that if you don't want someone's business don't string them along for 4 months. Return phone calls and be professional.

Due to the volume of business and returning satisfied customers, it may take a couple of weeks to get the work scheduled, but it is professionally done and always looks as good as new.
