I found Dr Herman to be very business like and not personable or accommodating. When you need to talk to someone at this Marmora office you have to go through a call center which screens the reason for you calling and then a Nurse or another office representative calls you back after they discussed why you called with Dr. I found this unacceptable and less productive. They do not allow you to switch to another Dr in practice since I was told that it's not their policy to do so unless you wait a few months until there is an opening. For these reasons I do not recommend this practice for senior citizens as they treat you like a number instead of a patient with appropriate needs

I went to Strive Physical Therapy in Northfield for an evaluation and they were very thorough and also very compassionate and understanding as I was in a considerable amount of pain. I was approved for 2 sessions of PT a week and each time I went, I found the facility to be very clean (there are people constantly wiping down machines and equipment), the therapists I saw were very good in explaining what I was to do and what it would help with, and they also provided detailed information sheets and videos as to exercises I was to do at home. I am happy to say that with their knowledge and assistance, I am again pain free after about 6 weeks of treatment. I would highly recommend them. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable, the facility is very clean, their hours are accommodating, and they have a great location.

Very bad experience with this doctor and his staff after seeing him over 8 months during my…read morepregnancy. So bad that I switched doctors and networks in the 9th month! His staff was rude and condescending and made me feel awful during an emotional time, when both my husband and I requested a phone call(twice) just to speak with our doctor and clarify a situation directly and not through his office staff(not even nurses) he neglected to call. It was hurtful and stressful in my final days of pregnancy to have our own doctor not have the decency to call us and to have that negative energy surround the birth of our second child. We switched to Atlanticare with Dr Milovsky and it was night and day to what I had experienced for months. Caring, kind, professional staff (who didn't have attitudes) and greeted me warmly at each facility, and were diligent in making sure they had my medical history and could transfer me seamlessly to their network. It was such a relief after the terrible time I had with Dr. Morgan and Atlantic OB. Sad that it could have been resolved with communication, a phone call from our Doctor, but the fact is he just didn't care.

After having a loss last year, he made sure I felt confident and healthy throughout my entire pregnancy. He and his staff were always welcoming to myself and my family (knew us all by name).
