I called the doctor's office on Jul 1st with somewhat of an emergency. A needle had broken off in…read moremy foot the week before and I had gone to my DPM who x-rayed my foot and stated I needed to have surgery at his surgical center, however, he could not schedule me until Jul 12. After explaining the situation to office staff, I was put on hold a few minutes (I imagine she was conferring with the doctor). She came back on the line and told me they would squeeze me in. Dr. Carey looked at my x-rays, and said he could try and take it out there in the office. He numbed me up, and after a minute or so, he extracted it, stitched me up, and I'm currently on the mend. No surgical center required. Can't tell you how grateful I am that we have such a wonderful podiatrist in the area. Very professional.

My parents were patients of Dr. Kasper's for 12 years. My mom and dad lived in Maryland then when…read moremy father retired from being a primary care physician, at the age of 81, they moved to Ventnor where my mom grew up. They had a summer home since 1974. My brother, sister and I loved spending time as a family at the shore. My father became ill last December and was in and out of the hospital with Covid and pneumonia and eventually came home with the care of hospice. I was concerned about recurring pneumonia and asked Dr. Kasper's staff to have him make a visit to my father at home. Dr. Kasper said he would try to get there in two weeks then when I called back he said he wasn't going to come at all. My parent's home is less than a mile from Dr. Kasper's office. My father passed away without a visit from his doctor of 12 years. My father was a loving husband, father and physician. Dr. Kasper is a disgrace to medicine, his patients and to my family. I know that if he was my father's patient my dad wouldn't have hesitated to go see him if his children asked. Not everyone is as they seem. It is in the time of need and help that a person's true nature comes out.

I found Dr Herman to be very business like and not personable or accommodating. When you need to talk to someone at this Marmora office you have to go through a call center which screens the reason for you calling and then a Nurse or another office representative calls you back after they discussed why you called with Dr. I found this unacceptable and less productive. They do not allow you to switch to another Dr in practice since I was told that it's not their policy to do so unless you wait a few months until there is an opening. For these reasons I do not recommend this practice for senior citizens as they treat you like a number instead of a patient with appropriate needs

I started out with a good experience with Dr. Bauknight, but have ended my care here on a bad note…read more Dr. Bauknight was my third doctor I saw regarding wrist pain. She sent me for proper testing and gave me a diagnosis I felt comfortable was accurate. However, after a few months of going here I was left with improved pain, but told they could not do anything further for me for the remaining pain, which was fine. I have been looking into alternative approaches to resolve my remaining pain and reached out to the doctor to get a follow up MRI. The thing I am looking into is not covered by insurance, so I wanted to confirm the condition of my wrist before spending money. I received push back from the doctor regarding the second MRI and ultimately was ghosted.
