Our first experience was when she was taking portraits for a relative's 50th anniversary celebration. She was taking individual family portraits and caught some amazing pictures of my family. Not only did she catch some great posed pictures, but she also captured some priceless candid moments of my husband & myself as well as my sons in between poses which show the true essence of each of our personalities and relationships. They are truly amazing and when I saw them, they instantly became my favorite pictures that she took. She has a gift for capturing the most precious, genuine moments. After that experience, my son insisted that Jen be the one to take his senior pictures because she made the whole previous photography session so comfortable. She had multiple ideas for shooting my daughter's senior photos and we especially loved the "urban" look idea she shot in the Historic Third Ward.
