Over a 2 month period, I have sent this proof by every means they offer: email, upload to a website, and even by FAX. Despite a email confirmation of receipt, Roundpoint now claims they don't have the document and is trying to charge me for insurance they purchased. On to small claims court we go! Avoid this "business" if possible.
