They closed all the holes in the walls (no more air coming in) where the old convectors were located; they repaired the flooring so that it looked seamless; and they installed baseboards to mask the gaps left by the new convectors, which were a slightly different size than the previous ones. (The convectors were installed by a different company, so they coordinated with them nicely). They also installed a brand-new lighting fixture on the bedroom ceiling (lots of concrete drilling involved), hung a metal shelf in the bathroom, and closed all the holes in the kitchen left by the previous contractor when the kitchen was remodeled. No more mice! Wonderful service, punctual, and would happily call again for anything else I may need.

My roofing quote included the statement-- Replace 38 sheets of plywood at a cost of $80 per sheet (if needed) for $3,040. While the workers replaced less than 15 sheets of plywood, I was charged for all 38 panels. After 2 months of trying to get this resolved, the Area Manager for CS1 was to come out for this and other issues. No one EVER showed up or called. I have texted CS1 numerous times, with zero resolution. They even scraped my brand new picture window and front railing. I had to have another company come out and do mold remediation in my attic as they did not even replace panels that should have been replaced. I also never received an itemized bill or warranty for the new roof. VERY DISAPPOINTING and would NEVER recommend this company for anything.

Had roof put on my house thru Grellis Construction via the insurance company. (2021) The day of…read morecompletion I told Greg the flashing around the chimney was not properly put up correctly. He said he was going to get the guys back out to fix the issue. The guys never came back to resolve the issue. In the summer looking for more work I received a call from a sales person. They sent Greg out to assess the issue still no one came the address the issue. The next summer looking for more work the sales person calls again they send a different person to address my issues. When he left he wanted me to pay for their mistakes. last summer they called again I explained again that the flashing was not put up around the chimney correctly and I could sit in my bedroom and hear water dripping in the attic when it rain and in the kitchen around the hook vent and still raining down around the fireplace. They sent someone out. He took the bullet out the roofing, caulked around the kitchen vents and removed leaves from behind the chimney. This summer about 2 months ago Greg came out and I showed him where the rain was coming down the chimney into the basement and in my coat closet from the flashing around the chimney. His comment to me was termites. I said it's not termites. He proceeded to press on the walls in the house that are getting worse everytime it rains. Now that needs to be repaired. I sent picture to the sales rep of the closet, walls and the basement Where the rain is leaking plus Greg told me to measure the wall in the basement where it's leaking, which I sent him. Today I am writing this review because I have not heard back from Greg. I have hired another contractor to complete the job And will be filing a complaint with the MHIC this week with before and after pictures.

They do very good quality work at a reasonable price. A lot of things had to be in place before they started working, such as restrictions, permits, etc. They were very patient in getting everything in place before work started. They have also done work on a neighbor's property, which is how I came to know their work. Will be requesting their services soon for more ongoing projects now that I have found a quality, reliable contractor with reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
