I have texted CS1 numerous times, with zero resolution. They even scraped my brand new picture window and front railing. I had to have another company come out and do mold remediation in my attic as they did not even replace panels that should have been replaced. I also never received an itemized bill or warranty for the new roof. VERY DISAPPOINTING and would NEVER recommend this company for anything.

They were very accommodating when I called so I was pushed further back on the timeslot till after 3 PM so I could be home for the service. The technician Isaiah arrived and informed me what he was going to do. Afterwards he sent me a detailed report with photographs of my gutter system. For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. If you ever get an estimate on roofing and they want to install this type of venting, immediatley find another roofer! It's a cheap ineffective option and prevents your attic from venting heat properly and can lead to long term wood or shingle damage from excessive attic heat during the summer months. Long story short, I wound up reaching out to Jose at Restoration Roofing and his crew came out to inspect my roof and the attic. They replaced the Cobra Ridge venting and were very efficient and thorough making sure everything was done correctly. Hard to find quality workers these days, so I'll definitly be reaching out to Restoration Roofing if I ever require roofing service again in the future. Thanks guys :)
