I went here a while back, maybe in February or March. I honestly had a lovely experience! I wish I could remember the female masseuse's name. They had essential massage oils at the front desk and got to pick which ones they used! I think the environment is nice for the price, more spacious and nicely decorated than other smaller massage places of similar nature. I seem to remember she listened when I asked her to reduce pressure if it was too much, and the staff were friendly. I also like that you can select/reserve your massage online and do combos of 30mins on different body parts so you know exactly what you're paying for. Some places will do 60min massages and stay on the same exact place on your back until it's painful. Nothing over the top phenomenal but I saw other reviews that said to be wary of male masseuses who aren't trained. This review only applies to the woman who completed my service. read more

Best place to go . Been going there for awhile now tried all services by now and each time I am satisfied with their service . Each time they know my most tensed spots. My wife and I went for a couples massage. We've been before to Mosa and it was fine. This time, however, we were massaged by 2 men who had no idea what they were doing. They were putting full pressure on BONEs and JOINTS. They were ignoring us when we said "stop, that hurts." They were rushing, like moving their hands fast enough to almost leave friction burns! It was, by far, the MOST un-relaxing massage we have ever gotten. These two guys ARE NOT MASSEURS!! I don't know what management is thinking letting them touch people. They are going to seriously injure someone soon, if they haven't already. We are both still in pain. Not sore, from a good massage, but in PAIN because these bastards have no clue how to give massages. Maybe they are a "happy ending" spot, but if you need an actual massage STAY TF AWAY FROM MOSA! I had not pain walking in, but walking out after a "massage" my whole back hurts and I told her medium to low pressure. She just went full Wolverine on my scalp and barely touched my legs. Came here on a Saturday night with my boyfriend. The space is brand new and very clean. The massage therapist didn't ask me anything about my back, but the massage was thorough and definitely deep tissue. I would come here again. I left feeling significantly lighter and more relaxed. I truly will never run out of compliments for this place. I went once when I was super sore thinking it would be a one off thing but now I make a point of returning regularly. The masseuses are obviously experts and no massage is the same twice; they can intuitively tell where the problem spots are and adjust accordingly. The space is super clean and spacious. I would have normally given this Spa at LEAST 4 stars, probably 5. I have gone there since the time of the their Grand opening, and have recommended several people there. I have bought several massages as gifts, and one of the friends that I recommended bought EIGHT gift packages there, YES eight at one time as well as went many times for herself. Anyway, her and I went for massages recently, and they pushed our appointment back by an hour about 30 minutes before the original time, which was fine- we get there and add services on to our massage package as we were both in need of relaxation. We sit down at the foot massage area, and they start servicing her while I'm still sitting there. We inform the woman that we wanted to go at the same time as this was something we were doing together. She calls in someone else who informs me that it will be a while longer for my massage to begin. I then asked if perhaps she could wait as well as we were doing this together. He throws his ECig down on the console of my chair and starts aggressively massaging my feet, I told him several times he was hurting me and his response was "hard is good". He then chatted with the woman that was massaging my friend, laughing, talking like we weren't even in the room. Then he gets a phone call and proceeds to have a full blown conversation with whomever he's talking to, and apparently whatever they were discussing in their language was pretty funny because he was cracking up. Just when we had about had enough, someone comes to take over for him. A few minutes passed and my friend and I were finally about to START relaxing, and then who comes back but Chatty Cathy and starts having another, very funny, conversation with both of the people massaging my friend and I. So my friend very politely asks him to pls stop because we were trying to relax and he's been talking the entire time. He literally said oh okay, completely blew her off and carried on with his conversation. Thank God by now it's time to move on to our body massage, and we're relieved because we'll be in a room, away from the Blabber Mouth, right? NOPE- he came in three times to pick up where he left off with our therapists-HE CAME INTO OUR ROOM WHERE WE WERE GETTING OUR MASSAGES TO HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH THE TWO WORKERS THAT WERE MASSAGING US. WTFFF. I can go on and on about the horrible experience I had-but this is already too damn long. You know how during a massage the therapist will sometimes use a chopping motion on your back and also use their elbow to use more pressure on knots in your back? Well both those things were done to the back of my SKULL! I was sore and in pain for two days afterwards. There were other patrons talking VERY loudly outside our room and never told to keep it down, and perhaps go to the reception area to have their loud conversation. When we told the woman at the front desk how dissatisfied we both were and why, she just oh sorry about that, he's ( the annoying A-Hole who wouldn't STFU) the manager. Well with him managing, no wonder the quality of service has declined so much. I spent about 300 hundred dollars there that day, to leave more stressed out and tense than when I walked in the door, they didn't try to make it to right after making the business they have made off of myself and especially my friend. They just said oh sorry about that. I won't be using them, not recommending them to anyone ever again. There's a place in middle village called Yura Day Spa- do yourself a favor, go there instead. read more
