I'm far from a finished product, but I do have greater clarity on myself and what I want out of my life. I found Carrie to be compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient. She also made me feel comfortable quite quickly and that isn't easy! I'm planning to seek out more sessions from her as a check-in at the end of the year, and hope I'll have some good things to share with her then.

"boss" said that i "missed 2 appointments in a row and they were on the same day so we have to discharge you" i was supposed to be going here for help in a year and a half im still at the same place, if not even worse!!!!! now that they did this (i have a year and 5 months recovered. now that i was discharged, i can go to jail now and he knows this!!!! well fuck it and fuck him! im getting high today and this is all on him for " doing is job and helpinggggggggg as his job discription says!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if i go today its on him!

I called here today to discuss me transferring from my…read morecurrent place to this location. now the lady said that she could get me in Wednesday for an intake I said that was fine because normally that's what happens with these kind of places, but in the meantime you can go in for a guest dosing, so I was asking the lady who was huffing and puffing and very rude the entire time since she picked up the phone what time I could come in to get a guest dose and she repeatedly said I'll see you Wednesday. Then I asked her what I should do for Monday and Tuesday since I would not have any medication and she repeated I will see you Wednesday again huffing and puffing so then I asked her what she normally advises clients to do: go somewhere else, be sick and take care of their children, or go to the streets and take care of their business and once again she huffed and puffed (& blewwww the house down. Haha sorry I had to make humor of this) and said I can see you Wednesday. I don't know if she's new and she does not know that they offer guest dosing but I definitely don't think that that's the type of job for her if that's how she's going to speak to people. I also ended up talking to someone who used to work there but now works at the same kind of business just down the street...she told me that there's no point of me calling to ask to speak to supervisor or anybody else because they're all like that and nothing will be done! So if they're all talking to clients like that I can only imagine the amount of people that they lose on a daily because of their ignorance. I would never in my life recommend someone to go there or even call there for that matter, go to the similar location down the street!
