My "doctor" that I trusted with my life stopped my mental health medication with zero warning.Im…read moregoing to end up in the hospital because of it.I was in a serious car accident I hit a tree at 87mph head on and broke my femur in 3 places broke my knee hands ribs ankles and needed 3 major surgeries.I was in the hospital for almost 2 months... because I was prescribed a low dose pain medication that everyone was aware of EVERYONE as in all my doctors this F**cking dump took a medicine iv been on for mental health for over 25 years that CANT be stopped cold turkey.No warning no calls nothing.Because of my injuries I had a family member drive 6 hours one way to get this medicine to only be told "your doctor called and said to pull that script and don't fill it please call the patient and let him know"... why in gods name wouldent the doctor call me?Why Dident staff call me?Instead they told the pharmacy to call me and they never did.. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING OR ANYONE FROM THIS OFFICE they don't care about your life at all they just made mine 10x worse

Nurse Practitioner Berthe Chagang treated me as if I was a drug addict for taking the medication as prescribed to me by my ACTUAL doctor not a nurse practitioner like herself. I've been seen for many years at the clinic she now is employed. Nurse Berthe refused to refill them after my Monthly visit. I had to beg to have my correct dose refilled for days. She refused to send in my monthly prescription which I've been getting from a real psychiatrist. This nurse practitioner completely stepped out of bounds telling me she won't send it in because it's against HER BELIEFS. I'm completely offended by her negligent behavior & will report her to the board. She is judgmental rude and should have her license pulled. Nurse Practitioner Berthe refused to fill a script due to her personal beliefs not caring nor listening to what is best for the patient. I'm appalled that she is allowed to see patients with this horrible behavior. She left me without my medication when she never followed through with filling my script on the insurance refill date causing me severe anxiety & panic attacks. My husband & myself are extremely upset & will be looking into this further. I went days without my prescription which I've been on for over 28 years with documentation. Who is she to pass judgement on anyone without knowing any of our past trauma. Berthe Chachang may have a degree but she is morally bankrupt!!!!!!! That is his job to give the insurance company the reasoning for meds. The billing is a joke. They charged the HSA card over $700 with no explanation of benefits. Diamond will hang up on you for asking her name and the whole office will cover saying none of them talked to you two minutes ago, how strange. Sheila Hofert is the absolute worst pediatrician we could have ended up with. We were transferred to her after our original pediatrician moved to a further location. She is a nightmare, refuses to communicate with the parents unless you're there in person, there's nothing about our experience with this person that says she's genuinely concerned for the patient. If you need a school physical or vaccines any clinic will do, but if you want a doctor who cares about their patients, a front desk staff that doesn't get away with lying to parents and their boss William, run fast and far. Some doctors go above and beyond for the welfare of their patients, not Hoffert though! One issue you need their help with and you won't get a response from her or her front desk staff. We're pulling our 4 kids out of there ASAP. Good luck if you end up here, you'll need it.
