However, it is no excuse for how my appointment was handled earlier today. I was scheduled for 945a appointment for a consult. I arrived and signed in by 950a. At 10a I was called up to the Check-In desk. I was promptly told by 'Tammy' that bc I was late to my appointment (5 min?!?!) I would need to reschedule. Considering I was 50% more on time than they were, I think they need to reconsider who was actually late. 'Tammy' then rather snarkily proceeded to tell me that Dionne Brown CRNP is a stickler for lateness and that she was already running 3 patients behind. Now, let me get this straight, I arrived only 5 min late, but you made me wait 10 min, she is already 3 patients behind when your office just opened at 9a, and I'm being told this is on me?!?!?! Even more interesting when especially considering that 'Tammy' rolled her eyes at the mention of her CRNP being so particular about timeliness. Got it. So you don't even like the fact that your CRNP, according to you, can be difficult. So noted, I will be taking my healthcare to another provider and hope I don't EVER have to deal with providers (staff and clinicians) like this again. They should be embarrassed by how unprofessionally this was all handled. And you definitely have lost the opportunity to take care of my family ever again, and considering that another patient (who I've never met in my life) overheard the entire exchange and approached me IN THE PARKING LOT to apologize for how unrealistic the staff was being, was completely astonished at how they acted as well. It was truly unbelievable. I pray my attitude towards my ICU patients is NOTHING like your ridiculous office behavior. Please take a course in customer service. And I see this as a crisis averted.

Asked to fill out second batch of forms for insurance info on paperwork while asking for cards that have information on them. That info also previously submitted. Office staff did not care husband was sick just continued to ask for their forms. Finally handed a gross plastic small container to vomit in. Nusing care and staff was fine. Based on reading a prior review, I think the center may have made some positive changes. I just…read morefinished my first appt with them and had a great experience with. I recognize that the mental health industry is swarmed right now with waiting lists everywhere, especially for psych evals, so I don't mind the approx 2 month process it will take for me to get the results etc, and actually find it to be more beneficial IMO for it to take the necessary length of time needed to be thorough and accurate etc. I just had my virtual intake with Lauren M. and she was so nice and kind, made me feel very comfortable talking about some heavy topics, and was very thorough. Great experience and I am looking forward to my testing day. Will update with anything further, but has been a great experience so far. It is a hefty cost if your insurance does not cover it- luckily ours does, but that is something to keep in mind. There was also a wait list, but I would say that is across the board in mental health care right now.

I should've seen the first red flag. Approaching people with a flyer asking if anyone is looking…read more for a program. They make me fill out there paperwork which was 500 pages. Then don't let me in to the program because I have the in my system, but your supposed to be a drug program. That is some real shady stuff stay away from this place. Best program I've ever been in is Hope Haven.
