At 1145 I get a call thinking it's time to be seen and was advised the dentist didn't feel comfortable performing the extraction due to his medical history. His history has been on the records for years since being a patient for 3 years. I lost a days work since I took off to bring him and this DrCastillo that I've never met decided to make that call after spending an hour and half in your waiting room to received no service. To say I am beyond pissed is an understatement. To be inconvenienced twice is ridiculous. The 1st was receiving a call the Wednesday before his scheduled procedure on Saturday that I needed to bring him in for an x ray. Mind you he was just there a week or so previously to get his teeth cleaned with Dr. Salemah when he had an x ray. The coordinator i'm being told is new but she wanted this done so she could call me and give a round about pricing of the procedure. A call that I never received. It's the fact that they're understaffed and overworked/booked. They have the lead assistant doing almost everything for the doctor. Sometimes, the doctor is not even there. The problem here lies with the doctor, always asking incredibly personal questions and leaving most of the work to the assistant. Aesthetically, the place is awful. It's dirty, the walls are badly painted, and the decor doesn't match. The TV's are outdated and they rely on a fan for air. The service is bad due to the doctor not doing their job. Please, find another orthodontist. This place is unreliable. I have gone here for years for my braces but now that the braces are off I will never go back again. They want to work on you before asking/telling you what they're doing. Better off somewhere else.
