They call to schedule nurse visits & tell you the nurse will call and the nurse NEVER calls and NEVER shows up! This company should not be allowed to operate as a business under any name because they are pitiful. Caseworkers are a joke. They never answer their phones. If I didn't want to start all over again for a search to find better agencies, I would just cancel them but, after many different caregivers, we finally find one who works well with our loved one and is a sheer delight to have in our home.
