Avoid this company like the plague, I have had them for years because nobody else offers service where i am. Recently the vice president of the company decided to start charging 5 dollars a month rent for the modem (indefinitely) to use their service, before the modem was supplied free of charge, which makes sense since your already paying for the service. Also I have a large house with detached garage with a phone ran in there from house. I was told it was an extra five dollars a month to have my phone in the garage even though its the same number as in the house. I love supporting local businesses, but this company will take you for everything they can. read more
