Avoid this Trap I…read morewent into this place looking for a used computer. It has never worked right since day one. I had it back into the shop 4 times. The last time I took it in they charged me to tell me nothing was wrong with it-then it crashed. They had not even taken off the privious owners information from it, They sold my mother in law a dinaoaur of a printer for three times the cost of a new one. And guess what? It doesn't work. She thought she was traiding in her previous printer but they never gave her any credit for it off her bill. It looks to us like they make busy work for themselves. Not Cool.

Dave came to the house and the moment he walked in he said " I smell gas" interesting enough, I had excel out to the house months earlier and they couldn't find a leak, while Dave is repairing the refrigerator I called excel, they were at my home in 15 minutes! they found a gas leak in my laundry room.
