Recently went for a pedicure and really enjoyed it. They have a spa with sauna, showers, and red light room, which I can't wait to try next time. Staff were all super friendly and did a great job. The decor and vibe are great, but my pedicure cost $55, and I got basically the same service as if I did it myself. It was a very, very basic service for double the price of a typical pedicure. Additionally, while the associate was very nice, the color was bubbled and over saturated on several toes. It doesn't seem worth the price. We had Nadine as our facial therapist and she did a wonderful job. she was warm and welcoming, and did a great job with extractions and suggesting vitamins that my skin could use. A little pricey but the salon is very beautiful! I had my hair straightened and it came out good. While I was there I had a complimentary chair massage by Olga. I booked a massage for the following week with her. The receptionist told me the price and the length of the massage (half hour). When I had the service done it was a lot more expensive and it was actually an hour. This was definitely a turn off but I still might return in the future. read more

Ended up having a bad experience here. So called here to buy a package of treatments for my wife's 50th birthday, first person answered the phone told me no problem, plenty of appointment times, I say ok, double check which package to buy on website and call back in 1 minute. Next person answers and says oh we don't have enough time for that, it takes 5 hours(I'm like, ok website says 3 hours) no biggie forget the expensive package I could have bought and just book 2 massages one for wife one for daughter both at 2:30. I'm told no problem you are all set. Ok great because we have a whole birthday day thing planned so timing is kind of important. They get there(1 minute early) go in for sauna at 2pm and massages scheduled for 230 for both. So wife goes in, at 230. Daughter gets ignored and forgotten in sauna, nobody calls her in. 3pm , a half hour later she goes to ask what's going on as nobody let her know anything, she gets told a bunch of nonsense Including "someone was getting "an emergency massage" , things got messed up,what? So at this point she's more than a half hour behind schedule and still nobody knows what's going on. So she just says forget this and cancel my appointment and asks for a refund. They give her 2 little bottles of house wine, and a card for a free facial? She went there for a massage and is told that someone would contact her tomorrow.(so far no refund on the credit card) Wtf? Seriously? It's not rocket science to write names and times in a schedule book. But anyway at this point I'm super pissed as it was my wife's 50th birthday and this just screwed up both their moods. And as a bonus halfway thru her massage, her therapist starts trying to upsell her eyelash treatments, who makes their therapists try to upsell clients halfway thru a massage when they want to relax? Needless to say if you like this place, and it works for you, great, looks like a nice place but for me I'll be buying all their treatment packages elsewhere where they know how to keep appointment times and can explain with actual reasons why they blow you off and leave you waiting around . I had a great service experience this past Saturday, while going for a deep tissue massage. The Therapist was Kelly, her technique was really spot on, she uses a Japanese therapy which entails walking in your back and using pressure points applied with her feet. For me it was the second time and still remains one of the best massages I have had and I am a regular user when I am in town or away. The place is really nice and the staff very friendly. The premises have all of the things you love about a spa. Nice sauna before or after the therapy, outside resting areas and indoor places to relax before or after. Good showers and lockers. I could not have had a better experience. Aloydia was the best! She thoroughly explained products, my skin, and needs to me. She made me feel comfortable from the second I met her and spoke very calmly which made it relaxing. I already booked my next appointment and purchased the products she suggested (which works great). I've had a lot of positive experiences here. They offer so many services. They are pricey but I loved my facial and I loved my pedicure. However a recent trip to the hair salon was my worst hair experience to date. I suppose it depends on the hairdresser though. After insulting the hair I walked in with, mine told me she didn't have time to cut my hair the way I wanted more than a quick simple trim because I wanted it dried. Today I had a wonderful spa day. I spent some time in the sauna, then relaxed in the hydrotherapy tub. It was so relaxing. I then had a hour and half Swedish massage by Elizabeth. Can i just say it was the best massage I've ever had. She really focused on the areas where I felt the most pain. She literally massages you from your fingertips to the tips of your toes. Beautiful salon and beautiful location. They have these windows that overlook pretty foliage. It was my first time here, but I was pleased to find everyone was courteous and professional in a genuine manner. The chandeliers and chairs, everything makes it feel so elegant. Edith assisted me and understood exactly what I wanted without me explaining it very well (alas I'm not the best with technical terms). My hair has been over treated, stripped, and damaged in the past, but this was not the case today. Edith took great care to preserve the softness of my hair, something that is very hard with my long hair. After trimming my hair and layers, not only did she blow it out, but she curled it too! This is normally something I have to ask for, and usually get a sigh of exhaustion about (especially because I have completely straight hair and it's very long). Much to my surprise, Edith took care of my hair, styled it wonderfully, and didn't overwhelm it or me with products. In all, I will absolutely be going back in the future, and would highly recommend anyone to try it as well. read more

My mom and I recently visited Mosaic after coming in town for my cousin's wedding. The entire experience was fantastic, from the time I booked until the time we left. Everyone on the staff was friendly and professional, and they were so accommodating, even when I asked to add a face wax last minute. The facility is beautiful, overlooking a wooded area behind the salon. I was particularly impressed by the relaxation room, where I was able to read a book on a cushy chaise while my mom finished up her services. Had a couple hours between meetings was in the area and decided to give mosaic a try. Got a spot pretty easily 20minutes after calling so far so good. Checking in was a breeze. Gals at front desk very nice. They showed me around and was mildly impressed with the facility. Clean and a bit upscale. That's where the review goes south. Was introduced to an older Hispanic women who showed me the dry sauna and locker room. Suddenly from out of the men's room toilet in the men's area comes another female employee, a facial lady I think. Very uncomfortable and odd. My gal suggests to use the sauna for a few minutes and she'll come and get me. I come out after 4-5 minutes and she's no where to be found. I walk all over the empty place room to room and she's gone. I ask 2 workers where is she and nobody knows. Not a good way to relax before your massage. 10 minutes later she appears as if nothing happened. I finally get to my room and another 6-7 minutes before my massage begins. It's 20 minutes into my hour! After a decent massage at 5minutes before the hour she's done. So I got a 35minute massage no more and no apology. Not cool. Won't be back but would have based on the facility and would have sent the wife too but no excuse for bad service and no apology from anyone. read more

I just had a Bachelorette party there for 17 girls. Mosaic's staff was unbelieveable. Each girl chose the services they wanted and Mosaic had everything so organized and schedules so the day flowed perfectly. Girls had anything from mani's, pedi's massages and facials. Nicole, our attendant for the day was amazing. We had access to a private room and we could bring in food and beverages. We also had access to the outdoors which was so lovely. Had an unbelievable experience at Mosaic! I've had a couple of facials at other salons and I was never very impressed but my wife convinced me to try Catherine at Mosaic. She really raved about the experience and I am happy to say I agree. It was by far the best facial I have ever had! We were so happy we decided to get pedicures too and we were not disappointed, another great service! I didn't have time to get one, but my wife says Catherine gives great massages. Salon is way over priced. They charge high-end prices but you don't get a high-end experience. Had hair and nail salon services done. Pros - several of the technicians are nice, friendly and bubbly and the ambiance of the establishment is elegant. Jasmine is awesome and did a nice job on my nails! Cons - Pricing is ridiculous. To charge $45 for a gel manicure and then another $15 charge to soak the gel from the previous manicure off is robbery! I've been getting my nails done for 30 years and have never had a separate charge to remove gel polish or acrylics. Spent $400 on getting Brazilian hair straightening for my daughter and it didn't work. It looked like it was never straightened. $55 for a regular pedicure is also robbery! My fault, should have looked at the prices first, but didn't dream they would be that high. I couldn't even get the mani and pedi in the same color because their polish selection is so limited. If you go for nails and want to pay the outrageous fees - see Jasmine. However, there are many other salons out there that have better or the same services at half the price. read more

Went here this summer to for a small trim and to make my blonde hair a light brown. When the stylist was finished, my hair was this reddish-black color. Not brown in the slightest. It was extremely unflattering and not what I asked for. Next day, I called the salon for a possible fix on this and was hung up on twice, then when I finally did get through to the woman that did my hair, she told me that it would gradually fade to the color I asked for. Two months later, still same color (maybe a little redder, even). Would not recommend this place. read more

I have been to Mosaic before for facials and the spa services and I was very impressed. Though today I decided to get my hair highlighted, cut and blown out and was thrilled with the results. Clelia was very professional yet friendly, great conversation and the best part was she does great hair. She offered her opinion on color and the cut and everything turned out better than what I was expecting. Lastly, my hair is curly and she did a great blowout. I can't wait for my next appointment. Sounded great when I booked a couples massage and pedicure. When we confirmed the time they suggested use of their sauna, the outdoor porch while eating from the deli next door, etc. They forgot to say arrive an hour or so before your appt to do so, both when I made the reservation and also the confirmation. My fault for assuming massage first, then sauna, maybe lunch or snack then pedicure....BUT they never told us to come an hour early since once they get you in, they rush you out. We arrived, they brought us to the massage room. Massages therapists were below par as we belong to a massage service, and being a spa you'd think they'd have better trained therapists to address different massage levels(deep, medium, etc.) Once massage was done, time to enjoy what they told us about(sauna and lunch) WRONG! they then rushed us to the pedicure room.... Still In our robes... Other people in the chairs were in street clothes..... How uncomfortable and awkward. Since my wife had her nails painted, no way we can go into the sauna.... Plus being in robes she had to get dressed afterwards and ruined one of the nails.... Again the spa should have instructed us about changing back to regular clothes, arriving early to use the other portions, etc.. In summation, a hair and nail salon trying to pull off a spa.... Epic fail! I don't fault employees, as ownership and management are at fault for not running a spa as it should be. read more

I was brought to Mosaic Salon and Spa by my bridesmaids as a surprise prior to my bachelorette party. We noted that the facility was large and very clean. Snacks and beverages were offered, which was nice. When I was called to have my nails done, I was immediately scolded in front of my bridesmaids by the manicurist for not wearing flip flops (I had on open-toed sandals). I had to explain that this was a surprise and I was unaware I was getting my nails done today. She was very annoyed and made several comments about how she would now have to give me the paper flip flops, which I am typically provided at other establishments no matter what I am wearing on my feet, so I found her frustrations to be rather odd. As she worked on my nails she was very quiet, making only a few attempts at conversation, which made our time together uncomfortable. She also was incredibly rough. She actually cut open the back of my right heel with the foot file, making walking the rest of the day painful. When my nails were finished (they did look lovely), I was brought to the dryer so the paint could set. The air blowing on my hands and feet was very cold, not warm as it usually is at other places. I don't know if the dryer was broken or designed that way, but I left chilled and needed some tea to warm my hands afterwards. I wouldn't say this to my girls because they put so much thought and effort into the day, but my experience at Mosaic was the furthest thing from relaxing. Also, a day later and my heel still hurts, so it goes without saying that I don't plan on returning. Note: It was brought to my attention that I initially posted this review to the wrong location. They are up to date on all the new products on the market and are so informative when it comes to my skin care. After a massage I always feel like I should've purchased more time.
