Going through bankruptcy is already one of the most stressful experiences a person can face. During a time like this, having a law firm that communicates clearly, responds promptly, and keeps you informed is incredibly important. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Their phone system is frustrating and difficult to navigate, making it unnecessarily hard to reach someone or get answers to important questions. Calls are not returned in a timely manner, and it often feels like you're left wondering what is happening with your case. What made matters even worse was when the attorney handling my case was no longer with the firm. Instead of making the transition smooth and keeping me informed, I felt like the ball was dropped yet again. There was very little communication about who would be handling my case moving forward or what the next steps would be. During such an important legal process, that level of uncertainty is unacceptable. To add to my frustration, during one of my last conversations with the office, I was told that I would be receiving a refund for the inconvenience after the representative spoke with the office manager. That refund never arrived, and I never received any follow-up communication regarding it. It was another example of promises being made without any follow-through. When people hire a bankruptcy law firm, they are trusting that firm to guide them through one of the most difficult financial situations of their lives. Clear communication, accountability, and professionalism should be standard. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope the firm takes meaningful steps to improve its communication, phone system, and client service so that future clients do not have to experience the same frustration.

On the second visit with him I had a list of all my open accounts. Most of them medical. Again we discuss all the fees associated with it and what my options were. I highly recommend Mr. Ford.
