While I was there Deana set up all the information with Enterprise for my car rental. My part was back ordered and she called to let me know that the repairs would have to be done a few days later and she also changed the reservation for my rental. I was unable to make it to the shop before they closed and I called Deana to let her know. She told me that she would leave the keys in the car and I could just drop the check in the drop box. When I revived my car back it was detailed inside and out and I was pleasantly surprised. I expected the outside to be done but not the inside.
