Mr Judy has been no help. He denied responsibility for thousands of dollars in damages caused from one of his drivers dropping my s500 off the flat bed tow truck. When the car was picked up I was told they would be responsible for the Mercedes once it was on the flat bed and until it was dropped off at residence. They dropped it off and allowed the front bumper to slam against the bed of tow truck. Also before driver decided to use skating to load and unload, I advised he must unhook the transmission cable to allow the s500 to go into neutral The driver tells me he looked on line and he could put the Mercedes in neutral from in the car. The driver proceeds to get in car start slamming gear shift and twisted the knob completely around. The push to start button is located on top of gear shift knob. He disconnected the wires for push to start when he twisted the knob, and the car remained in park. At this point the driver tells me he was wrong and he will just skat the S500 on to the flatbed tow truck. For those who do not know skating basically is the driver dragging the S500 on to the flat bed tow truck. When he attempted to drop off S500, he could not drag it off so he just kept going back and forth sliding the vehicle off flat bed eventually the front of S500 slammed into truck bed. The driver did apologize and gave me Mr Judy's phone number so I could make a claim for repairs. I USED AAA and made a complaint with them. When they commucated with Mr Judy he bold faced lied. My tire blew out on the highway when traveling from KY to St. Louis. I called Mosby's they said they would be there within the hour and they were. The guy that helped me was Philip. He was very ki d and said to get in his truck so I would be safe while he loaded my truck. He asked what kind of music I liked and put on music and told me how to alter the truck temperature if I wanted to. It was great customer service and he was very kind and helpful in taking care of me. Definately would recommend! read more

Regarding Mosby's Garage #070- AAA called for a flat tire change for me and ultimately sent a driver from Mosby's- Linda Webster and Justin were my service providers. They were awesome! I would call them direct next time if I could! Linda changed my tire quickly, efficiently and she was empathetic to the entire situation having my dog with me on a warm day. Triple A themselves was another story (negative experience) but as soon as Mosby's got the Saturday afternoon call, their on-call driver did their job without hesitation! read more

Charged $10,000 for a 4 mile tow! Then proceeded to tow to a seperate location that was not discussed without notifying and locked it on their property forcing storage fees! Absolutely abysmal service, do not use under any circumstances! read more
