On this occasion I called AAA and Rescue Rangers Towing Service was assigned. Shortly after placing the call to AAA I received a phone call from Rescue Rangers to inquire if they could send a regular tow truck rather than the flatbed requested. I replied NO I was told by professionals to ask for a flatbed because my car sits too low to the ground and has a gas leak that could spark a fire during the towing. The dispatcher replied if I needed a flatbed it would be over an hour wait. That was fine with me since I am waiting in the comfort of my home and not a roadside emergency. I tried to follow the progress on the AAA app but Rescue Rangers must not use it. When the tow finally arrived the driver either didn't speak English or for that matter didn't speak at all. I heard two words the whole time he was here "Sign here". I tried to be sociable and advise him of the cars situation but as I said it was like talking to a concrete wall. I worried that he needed to know where to take the car to and the contact person As he loaded the car I quickly wrote out a note to hand him before he departed. This man was on a mission and got the car loaded, I handed him my note and he departed without a single word.
