I want to start this review by saying thank you so much to the family that owns this towing company/dealership/shop . I worded my previous sentence that way because they truly treated me like their own family not just another customer. I had the most god-awful situation of a breakdown in your quaint small area over this past weekend. They went above and beyond to help me and my family in our time of need. Literally picking us up on a minutes notice at 4 AM. They asked their employee Nathan to take us to a hotel after we were situated back at their garage. He drove us on his own time nearly 40 minutes to find a hotel with a vacancy. And when we acquired a new vehicle a couple days later to continue our journey, our struggle was not over . Finding a ride to that vehicle was a disaster. No Uber or taxi service or lyft would assist us. We waited for hours for rides we were told are "coming" that never showed up. I called again, these amazing folks on a Sunday ,their only day off all week I might mention. they answered on the second ring. I begged and pleaded to them to please pick us up and take us to our new rental vehicle. They physically dropped what they were doing on their one free day of the week to assist us in getting to our U-Haul and then again to thier dealership to get our trailer. I cannot say enough good things about the generosity and help this family provided for us. True Southern hospitality. I was even contacted this morning several days after by them to ensure that we made it home to upstate New York. Thank you to Scotts towing from the bottom of our hearts. read more

I was coming back to Illinois from picking up a load in Cincinnati OH with my old 99 Dodge Ram 3500. I heard a sound under my hood shortly after I lost charge on my gauge and my temp spiked. The belt tensioner ended up shearing off flush at the mounting point while the tensioner wound up somewhere off 71 South. I limped off 71 south where I was lucky enough to find a decent motel and after many phone calls I reached Scott. He offered me two choices. First was to tow my truck and the trailer with the load 275 miles home to Illinois for a remarkable rate. The second was to come pick up the truck and trailer back to his shop the next morning. I decided to head to his shop in the morning. The truck was repaired quickly and I was able to get home under my own power that same evening. Scott, Laura, and the whole team at Scott's garage were very professional down to earth folks. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality services in a timely manner. read more

I broke down on the interstate with my ten year old daughter enroute to Ohio. I called them and they had me towed in a matter of minutes. My car was not fixable and they helped me get a rental car (drove me and my daughter half an hour to get one) and help us continue with our trip. They have let me keep my car on their lot until I figure out what to do with it. They were all incredibly friendly and helpful in a stressful situation.
