The fries do not retain salt, all the salt is at the bottom of the bag, wild and unchained. After consuming the burger, I must make haste to the water locker (bathroom) for my digestive system can not withstand the power of the burger buns with an overlaying shade of green. Trust me, I love this school, I live in the school, and I own this school. I would know. Also, every time I get an ice cream sandwich it has already melted to an extent, even though it has been in a cooler. The ice box should be colder.

The students that attend can be really... Well one word can't describe the entire school. There's the wanna-be gangsters who will wanna fight for the smallest reasons. That describes a good 50% to 60% of students. Everybody else is normal. The incident reporting is not great. I see they've attempted efforts at this so I'll give them credit. Band program is excellent. Football is... Interesting. I won't say much because it would discourage future students. The testing is a decent system and I got enough out of it. Robin Scott Principal…read more Campus Namesake Sue Wilson Stafford was born in Madill, Oklahoma, in 1946. She graduated from Madill High and Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She began teaching in 1969 in Oklahoma and moved to Frisco ISD in 1979. She has taught at the elementary, middle school and high school levels and served as the district's Migrant Education Coordinator from 1983-1994. She currently teaches students at the alternative program for middle school students and also teaches English as a Second Language and GED preparation classes to adults in the evenings. Her work with students has always extended outside of the classroom and she has worked countless hours for Frisco's youth over the years. She has served on the Frisco Housing Authority Board of Commissioners and the YMCA Board of Directors and she and long-time civil servant Gary Burns founded the Frisco Children's Fund to assist Frisco families in need for over 20 years. A scholarship fund in her honor through the Frisco Education Foundation is supported by the popular annual chili challenge and provides college money for FISD seniors. Sue's commitment to others has garnered her the Frisco Chamber of Commerce Golden Eagle Award (1990) and the Citizen of the Year Award (1998). She is also a lifetime member of the PTA. Sue's mother was a teacher and both of her children, FHS graduates Kari and Brooke, are teachers. Her legacy continues through the successes of other young men she helped raise, as well - Lupe, Javier and Gerardo Gaona have graduated from FHS and have or are completing their college educations at this time. Lupe is already teaching and coaching. There has been no greater advocate or mentor for children in this community than Sue Wilson Stafford and she has no apparent plans for slowing down.

Although I only attended here for 1 and a half years (junior-senior year) I will say this school is great. This is a new school and Frisco does a great job of keeping their class sizes small and keeping their schools at 4-5a. This is to give every student a great opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities. Also because Frisco is booming there's obviously an influx of schools, if you haven't noticed. Because of this they're in high demand for educators. So some of the teachers are on the younger side but there's also some veterans paving the way. When it comes to test scores and education Heritage is not only in the top rankings for the DFW but the whole state of Texas. So parents your students are in good hands! I feel like the teachers do a great job at college preparation but like I said I only attended here for a short amount of time so most of my knowledge was already instilled. Heritage operates on an A-B schedule (where you don't go to every class everyday but interchange every other day) this is so great to get used to how college schedules will be like! One negative thing that I experienced here was participating in softball. I pretty much loved everything about it except for the fact that my coach broke state rules with the amount of hours practicing. We'd practice twice a day totaling at least 4 hours a day. During season it was very straining with homework and maintaining a normal life. She received multiple warnings but never changed. There's also a required study hall that coaches have to do maybe once a week or at least once a month. We never did that. She is no long there but just make sure when your students are participating in sports that education takes priority! Other positives: clean school, clean bathrooms, personable staff Other negatives: sheltering/coddling students (not conducive for college), dress coding is over the top and borderline pervy, insistent that the mascot is called KY-OATS (coyotes) no let's speak proper English it's KY-O-TEES.
