My situation was unique because there was a third party involved who would be paying the bill, which made things a bit more (a lot more) complicated! The "particular service" requested by the third party was what complicated matters. I requested estimates from DGS along with 3 other companies. And honestly the other companies were some serious competitors, but DGS came out on top because of their pricing, and because their customer service was top notch; all of their team members were polite and professional. KC (great guy) came out to my home for the initial estimate with a wealth of knowledge, as well as samples on hand. He explained the process (prep to install) and the best options based on my subfloor. When he left I felt highly informed and educated enough on the materials to make better floor choices. Throughout the process I worked predominantly with Elijah. He provided a professional yet personal approach that made me feel comfortable communicating my needs with DGS. Elijah always made me feel welcomed when I would pop up at the show room/ store to show and compare samples I'd seen from other places. Elijah had a vast knowledge of the products as well as the warranty's associated, and he even gave me insight about the products (carpet, linoleum, hardwood, tile, and laminate) from the installers prospective. Numerous changes were made throughout the process by the third party, but the team was flexible and met the timeline they were provided. Elijah made sure the lines of communication remained open, and when a problem arose he presented options that were within the allotted budget, pleasing to the eye, and a quality product. The installation process was just as smooth. The installers were on time, did a fabulous job of making the seams match up and the previously unleveled flooring feel and look leveled. I'm truly more pleased that I thought I would be thanks to Elijah and the guys over at DGS. Elijah (a true Angel) kept the process simple and on track. He was so patient and professional at times that would have brought out the worst in anyone (due to the third party). No matter the request by the third party, Elijah came up with solutions to make sure the third party and I were pleased. I would highly recommend DGS. They provided me with a great product at a great value on time, and I will be hiring them for future projects.

There was a good size crack in the ceiling that R&R had to repair and then repair the ceiling. When the guy from R&R arrived, my wife and I left out of town. It looks like they put chalking or something over half the crack and then painted the ceiling. When we got back from out of town, there was paint drops on our floors, they did not paint the vents on the ceiling which are now a different color and got paint on our ceiling fan because they did not take it down and just painted around it. Our house smelled like smoke and had to open the windows for the day/night to get the smell out. Ceiling looks good but it's poor how they didn't paint the vents and got paint on the floors and ceiling fan.
