All of the negative reviews appear to revolve around appointment scheduling errors, which I have encountered too. !!! Word to the wise- don't try to schedule appointments online or over the phone. Just come in person and it makes everyone's life easier. It saves the trouble of your appointment getting lost in translation and being left waiting in the lobby for long periods of time only to be sent home because there's no record of your appointment. All that to say, the staff and medical care is exceptional, and perhaps their corporate team should give them the funding to adopt better scheduling software.
