My former dermatologist at another practice refuse to remove it because it would leave a tiny scar on my back. I didn't care about a small scar, but he wouldn't do it. Mary agreed to remove it and immediately took care of it with her amazing assistant. She and her assistant were awesome and professional. I felt so comfortable and heard. I would highly recommend Mary - just be prepared to wait in the waiting room for a bit.

Also, I experience a loud noise a couple nights ago and was worried I could have had loss of hearing from that. All of that led me to look on my insurance app for an ENT provider and found them. I gave them a call at 8:30am on a Friday and they were fully booked. I explained my situation and they were super kind by fitting me in. They took a look and it appeared that there was compacted wax blocking the ear. To rule out anything else did a hearing test. Overall, just appreciate the quickness in getting me in on a Friday which was a short day for them.

When I called to ask why I hadn't heard back, I was told that it was my responsibility to call them to follow up. Completely unacceptable. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and their communication skills are awful. To make things even worse, my neurologist -- the one who ordered the MRI -- is now refusing to review it herself and is instead having a physician assistant do it. What's the point of seeing a specialist if they won't even look at your results? Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually cares about their patients and knows how to communicate.
