And although I could have waited throughout the remainder of my lunch break, I was told that this five minute clip could not be done any sooner than the end of the day, when I would be unable to collect it.

I would really give them a 3.5 if they had it here. They also helped us find some wedding venders for our preparations, which was great. I liked their work and it was good for what we wanted. The photos were good and natural, which I like, not overdone and fake looking. Good service, good photography.

She showed up late and said "i forgot some things", left and came back an hour later - missing the most important part of the ceremony. I received the images about 3 weeks after the event, and was very shocked at the poor quality. I asked the photographer if this was the best she had, and the answer was, "well I don't have very expensive equipment and a lot of the people I work with like the images I give them." The photographs we got were out of focus, and I honestly cannot use any of them to share with my family and friends. She takes pictures of peoples backs, uses a very narrow depth of field so the images only focus on one thing and not a group. She doesn't even have a flash or light set-up so all the pictures are dark. And in a lot of the pictures, you can see her finger in the corner. She will "enhance" the images and say they looks great, but they are still blurry, and if i try to print them they look very poor. As they say, you get what you pay for, and in this case that is exactly so. She promises the world and what you get is not even close. So if you are hiring a photographer and want picture you can look and remember the event instead of cursing the photographer, please do not use this company.
