Chiropractic neurology is a three year post graduate program that focuses on functional rehabilitation of a multitude of neurological disorders. The underlying premise of the discipline is that the brain is at the root of all bodily functions and therefore, well being. Practitioners can address Learning Disablities to Multiple Sclerosis to Fibromyalgia. There is a rigorous board examination, which limits the total number certified practitioners to less than 800 worldwide. We're just not lucky enough to have a active practitioner in the Savannah area. This chiropractor has good diagnostic skills but does not use hands on adjustment methods to correct your mal-alignments. All his adjustment work seems to be done using a table ( I forget what it is called) to move the lower back from side to side while he presses down on your spinal column in the lumbar area. You might feel better when you leave but I found I was out of "adjustment" within a day or two. This is because hands on adjustment techniques were never employed in my case. His initial visit fees are high, and fees for return visits are $50. There's a 10% discount when more than one family member visits.. The doctor has a terrific "client side manner", cares about his patients, and is easy to deal with. He wants to please his clients.
