Went to this place today after having a terrible experience next door at CastleWay. After being…read moreinsulted and turned away without cashing a completely valid settlement check. I had never tried cash link before and after today I will never go anywhere else. First impression: welcomed warmly and politely by the staff. I was initially being helped by a very helpful woman who unlike their Neighbor to the right, immediately recognized the validity of the check that was deemed fraudulent not more than 10 minutes before. (It was 100% valid for the record) however after realizing my ID was expired, rather then telling me that I was out of luck and to hit the bricks, I was introduced to Tommy Tom. I'm not positive but I gather he was manager. After a few suggestions he was able to find a solution to my expired ID. 10 minutes later I walked out completely aglow as my pockets were now lined and I became a lifetime patron of Cash Link in Fitchburg MA. TDHP gets 5 stars for courtesy, quick response, and efficient work. We have been battling skunks…read moreunder our shed and got to the point where we needed help. I emailed TDHP on a Friday late afternoon and received a call from Kyle within a couple of hours. He came and set up his trap capturing what we thought was the lone skunk. We soon realized there was also a litter of 5 kits. Kyle was back and forth for another 3 days with great success. Once the skunks were removed, he instructed us on the best way to animal proof the underneath of the shed , which we have done, eliminating a big source of stress as well as reclaimed our back yard.
