Starting on the exterior, Mark used binoculars and a drone to examine and photograph roofing and shingles, chimneys, exterior walls and foundation, and listed potential areas of concern to watch for future problems. Moving to the interior, Mark had us walk with him the entire time, answering all our questions and also giving us advice for a property of this age. He examined the electrical, plumbing and heating, attic, walls and ceilings, and the basement, advising us on what areas need addressing in the near future and what areas were fine for now, but that we might want to fix eventually. I was very happy to learn that I do not have a worry in the world, my animals will be safe, just keep them in for an hour or so while the chemical dries. I would highly recommend this company, staff are very professional and very friendly !!
