I just had the BEST experience at Else Where Copy & Fax Services! That's the punchline of this post. This is the rest: 1. I ordered things from Amazon I ended up not needing for a recent event so I went on their website and did a return and I was given a QR code. (Side note: I HATE returning things. I will throat punch an axe murderer, tune up a bully, talk during class and other fearless acts, but returning things is my kryptonite. I know it's ridiculous. But I digress. Back to writing my review) 2. Nearest UPS store for a drop off is about $50 in diesal fuel away. 3. Discovered that this fabulous local business was a drop off location so I headed over there. 4. Turns out they can't process a QR code return- have to go on that expensive road trip to use it. 5. Debbie, the exceptional human and Else Where professional walked me through cancelling my return at Amazon, she showed me how to re-return my four items online and get a shipping label. She printed the shipping label AND took out a tape gun and sealed up the box!! Smiling the whole time! Even though the UPS guy showed up in the middle of it! He had to wait a second! He was great, too!!! 6. I will be their customer forever. I've never experienced customer service and kindness like this at a big store with a red sign that does copying- I think it's called paperclips or something?!?! 7.
