We began our ADU project in May of 2020 with a local architect…read more He drew up our plans, got them approved by the city, and from there we began the bidding process. We received 6 bids (yes, 6!). We knew it was a big project (1200 sq. ft), likely, the biggest home project we would ever do in our lifetime, and did not want to cut any corners. White Glove Construction was not the cheapest, but we're by far the most responsive and "feel good". I use the words "feel good" because many of our bids felt very casual, almost as if they didn't want the job. This was NOT the case with White Glove! They were always professional and did what they said they were going to do. We had one minor hiccup, which I felt was to be expected considering the size of our project. This hiccup was quickly resolved with a few phone calls and several apologies from Scott and Steve. I would consider ourselves lucky since I've seen a few bad reviews down below. But honestly, even since our project has been completed, Scott will still come by if we have any issues. The issues have been very minor, mostly user error and some education is all it takes... We loved White Glove construction so much, it's almost hard to believe that someone could have so many issues. We loved that Scott allowed, in our contract, for us to perform almost all finishing work. Drywall, flooring, lighting, cabinets, etc. We felt this would save us money and I think we were right. Scott worked with our budget and was honest about what we could actually get for the money we had. Bottom line, Scott knows his stuff. There was even a time the city inspector learned a few things! We were there when Scott, very diplomatically, whipped out the manufacturers recommendation for some piping. Turns out, Scott's work was top notch, and the city inspector gained a new respect for our contractor due to his knowledge. We love White Glove Construction!

I do not recommend this Company. They are not BBB accredited…read more Defective work that was done on my house by this company. This company put a new roof on my house in September, 2017. After the initial replacement, the roof leaked in my Family room, and at the front window This part had to be removed, roof repaired and replaced. Later after a very hard rain, I walked onto my back porch and it was flooded because the roofer did not seal the awning to the new roof. (I was told that this roofer had been in the business for 37 years.) So this had to be done. Now, the vents on the roof are broken and need repair. The vents should be new as the old ones were supposed to be replaced when the new roof was put on. 2) the new screen door was to small and too short. The GPB's manipulated the door to make it fit, now the door doesn't not lock. When I contacted Christi, she told me to contact the Manufacturer as it was not their problem. However, once GPB manipulated the door, the Manufacturer's Warranty is no longer valid, now the screen door does not lock. 3) I've contact Christi over a period of seven months via phone calls, text messages and emails requesting copies of the Warranties for ALL of the work done on my home. While she has responded, to date she has failed and refused to provide any Warranties for any of the work that was done on my home. AND 4) GPB had the awning posts replaced with new extender posts. When the old posts were removed, holes were left in the areas. I asked the General Contractor, Mario, if the holes would be filled and evened out, he said yes. Instead of filling the holes with cement, they added red dirt to the area where I had plants. Large holes remain along side the drive way, and could cause injury to someone. I paid this company $30,000.00 via a loan, to do repairs that they claimed they could do. I did not expect to be provided with substandard and defective work by unlicensed and unskilled workers that did not know how to do the work they were contracted to do, and they claimed they could do.

Not only did they get it done on time, they also worked closely with us to ensure everything was done on budget. They also recommended design options we wouldn't have thought of, which improved the value of our home and made it much more functional for our family - such as the double shower in the master bath. After working with other contractors in the past, they were a refreshing change to what we'd come to expect. I highly recommend them. They will work on the job as if it were their own home - meaning they won't cut corners, they won't go over budget, and they will look for ways to make the work even better! To be transparent, it's run by a family member of mine, but that doesn't change my thoughts or review one bit. Ask anyone who has worked with them and you'll find the same.
