Wanted a fresh bouquet for my mama and instead of hitting up Kroger decided to look for the florist nearest me. I was leaving the car wash and Mostly Martha's is the gem Google delivered. This place is great. You walk in and are immediately hit with fragrant smells and a warm greeting. It's really one stop shopping, there is a LOT in this one place. Initially, I was just looking for something yellow. I don't know flowers and couldn't verbalize exactly WHAT I wanted so this super helpful lady (I missed everyone's name) took me all in the back, to the refrigerated area and then some. I mean, the customer service is top notch! She was so patient and just when we were finally getting somewhere I looked up and saw a duck container. These have significant meaning for my mom and the game plan completely changed. She then had the idea of just buying a small plant and putting it in the duck. The others in the store were so nice and giving my tips and tidbits. The man who rung me up also happened to have lived in Arizona so we chit chatted about AZ things. Just a really chill vibe but that's what you get at local spots vs big chains. The service alone is the reason I will be a repeat customer! read more

I work for a funeral home and we receive flower arrangements from Mostly Martha's and other florists. Mostly Martha's is the best or at least top two. Their arrangements are always fresh, beautiful, and delivered on time. I don't trust the reviews here. Based on my personal experience with Mostly Martha's and the excellent reviews on other sites, the reviews here are eyebrow raisingly low. read more

Buying flowers has always been a crapshoot for me. I never got the flowers I paid for. I have used Mostly Martha's twice. Both times I got exactly what I wanted and what I paid for. My new favorite place for Flowers. After calling a florist in Kosciusko that couldn't deliver to Brandon, they recommended Mostly Martha's. I'm so glad they did. I talked to Jenny and had a vague idea of what I wanted for a casket spray. Jenny took as much time as I needed and talked me through to a plan we thought I could love. And I did love it! It's not easy, in my opinion, to create a casket spray for a young man that looks beautiful and manly at the same time. Mostly Martha's did just that. I have never in my life been greeted by such a fowl individual at a business. The elderly woman greeted me with "What?" I was such in shock I pretty much was speechless. With all the people working in this place of business surely there was a better choice of individuals to greet customers. This was my first and last visit. Mostly Martha's lacks in customer service. For the prices you pay you would think you would get 5 star customer service. They are extremely rude when helping you pick your flowers out. I would highly recommend picking another flower store and save your money? You will thank me later! read more

Ordered flowers for a friend and had them delivered to her house. There is a minimum order of $40 to have an arrangement delivered, total came out $56 and change. The person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I left it up to her to pick an arrangement, she suggested something colorful. Would definitely use florist again. read more

Long story short: boyfriend paid for upgraded arrangement, what I got was definitely not the upgraded arrangement (very short on flowers). They said they would "replace" the arrangement. When they came to pick up the original arrangement, they didn't apologize and seemed kind of put off. When the "new" arrangement arrived. It was clearly the same bouquet - just rearranged. And to top the whole thing off - THERE WERE NO FLOWERS ON THE BACK. While the back was pretty bare in the original arrangement, the new arrangement that was supposed to have double the flowers just had greenery for the backside. Then found out that I have a co-worker that has also had bad experiences with Mostly Martha's. Obviously, I do not recommend them. read more

Wanted to send flowers to a friend after her surgery. Spent $80 to get a beautiful full arrangement of flowers. I was very upset to see the arrangement was short so many flowers and looked like a mess. There were only three roses, and what seemed to be 100 carnations in the arrangement. I was most definitely shortchanged and did not get all the flowers that I paid for. Long story short, you are better off somewhere else. read more

I have frequented this shop many times, trying to ignore the very gruff, rude owner because they have nice things. I finally realize they are NOT worth it. I called for a corsage (which I have done many times there) and instead of the $40 charge they accidentally added a zero and charged $400 (and some tax) to my bank card. Once I caught it I had been charged overdraft fees for this and other purchases. I called them and they said, ' oh we saw that and refunded your account'. No one called to tell me so I could call the bank, and they offered NO apology, didn't offer the corsage free or store credit. Absolutely no consideration for costing me extra fees. They made me feel like it was MY fault!! I essentially bought a $100 corsage!! Since then I gave them another chance (dumb) and called to ask if they had a certain flower and, once again, the very rude, gruff owner replied to me with her usual attitude. There are other florists in the jackson area, like A Daisy a Day, that are consistently cordial, helpful and make the customer a priority! read more

I ordered the Charlie Brown 2015 Christmas arrangement and was very disappointed. Flowers were very sparse and what appeared to be a ribbon for a 4th of July arrangement was used. Spent $60 for what looks like something from a supermarket. Ordering from out of town, I trusted these people to deliver what was displayed on their website. Terribly disappointed. I have used Mostly Martha's Florist for years. I have had great experiences through out the years. I am happy with all the arrangements both floral and the fruit and snack baskets. My mother is very happy with the various arrangements she has received for each occasion. I am sorry to see only the complaints on this page. My many experiences have been wonderful. My husband ordered a short, tight flower arrangement with light pink roses and white lilies. We were shocked when we received a 20 inch tall bouquet (it was supposed to be 11 inches) with HOT pink roses, along with the fact that 75% of the arrangement was greenery and fillers. Definitely not what was pictured. When I called to complain, they argued with me and stated that "He must have said that he wanted them that way"... He is a man, he doesn't have special instructions for flowers lol. After that, I just told them that I would trim them down myself to make a short arrangement; all they said was "OK". Didn't offer to replace it, nothing. Along with the fact that 12 flowers in this $80 arrangement haven't even bloomed yet. Moral of the story, do not order anything from Mostly Martha's, unless you want something completely different than what you paid for! read more
