Stayed here 8-9-2022 and found a cockroach running across the floor and ran under neath the dresser under the tv. When i took a picture of it and showed the lady at the desk all she said was ill make a note of it.

It may look like a refugee detention center but it actually motel 6 that you pay money to stay at

I'm not sure I can give it zero Stars but if I could I'd give it zero Stars. The window has a permanent stain on it, but what does it matter since it looks out onto the parking lot. Hard plastic chairs formica table and linoleum floors. It reminds me more of the animal enclosures at the zoo that are made of washable materials so they can be hosed out after the animals are done defecating. The bathroom sink has a serious hair clog. There's not a single comfortable chair in the room. It might be the kind of place you rent by the hour?

    Stains on the chair.

This place use to be a Howard Johnson Hotel now it's a Motel 6. First off they are still renovating the place and have the nerve to rent out rooms that smell so bad the fresh paint gave me a buzz not to mention the room was 80 dollars for a two bed and the rooms are outdated. The carpet should have replace along with the raggedy lamps that don't work. I would advise you not to stay here it's not worth the money. Also found some underwear under the bed.

Impossible to be comfortable in this chair, even if you don't have a bad back (I do.)

Not bad clean rooms, don't expect a 5 star place but there was a decent shower, clean bed sheets, clean room (pet friendly)

Sooooooooooo pleasantly surprised! These reviews complaining about the breakfast...bish, please! Tourists want clean quiet and friendly, and that's exactly what this Quality Inn serves. Bethany, who checked me in, was super fabulous. I received a clean (enough) room, plus it felt safe. Liquor store next door...super quiet space...and less expensive than the other hotels in this 'hood. Trust me: Mama's from LA! PS: The coffee was good xoxo

We arrived at the hotel at 1 AM and then received a phone call at 5 AM saying our car has been broken into. We are currently on a road trip across the country and they stole everything we had... We never leave stuff in the car but we figured we could just grab it in the morning since we got in so late... As we walked the parking lot the next day there was shattered glass scattered all around, so we were not the first car nor will we be that last. We filed a police report. The hotel was not helpful at all and refused to show the security footage (the police recommended them to show it to us or email it to them and the hotel refused). My Samsara dash cam was able to pick up the vehicle since the vehicle drove directly in front of the hotel with our roof rack on top of it. The cops came to the hotel since the hotel wasn't being that cooperative. They said that the quality of the cameras were so poor that they cannot see the license plate on the vehicle so the video is deemed useless even though the car drove directly in front of them in a well lit parking lot. We spoke with several different employees about the situation. All refused to assist with this. Only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast and the breakfast staff.

So much art to look at, curiosities tucked in every corner, space to roam and explore! - Get the passport to make your stay even more rewarding and fun! I love the scavenger hunts and the stamps force you to do things you might not normally do on your own accord. - The full pitch and putt course is a relaxing and a fun way to spend a few hours. It was only $25 per person and took us 3 hours. - I signed up for the Makers Tour and highly recommend it! Lots of tastings and great historical facts along the way. - The soaking pools at night were perfect to relax muscles right before bed plus no kids after 8pm. - This hotel doesn't revolve around children. The movies that were showing were rated R and most of the pubs and pool hall are 21+. Kids are welcome - but I've never seen that many kids around which I like, personally. - It's very Dog Friendly!! - The live music is incredible. I've been here for big concerts on the lawn plus mini concerts down the winery hall. They were all amazing. - It can get noisy between 7-11pm especially in weekends! The building is old - not sure about insulation and things! Bring some earplugs, a positive attitude and maybe enjoy an extra drink! Or go during the week for a quieter experience. - The food is a bit pricey but if you are doing the passport it makes a little more sense. Some of my favorites are the Cajun Tots, Portland Dip, any Burger, and the Bagel and Lox Breakfast is Incredible!!!

The Highlights * The Saltwater Outdoor Pool: This was the absolute highlight of our stay. The water is kept at a perfect 38°C (100°F), making it incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend visiting after 8:00 PM when the pool becomes an 21+ area. * Thoughtful Details: The robes provided were high quality and very comfortable. Pro-tip: Be sure to bring flip-flops for the walk to and from the pool area. * Art & Dining: The murals throughout the hotel are fascinating to look at. We also had great experiences at the on-site bars and the Black Rabbit Restaurant, where both the food and the service were excellent. The Room & Stay Quality We specifically booked a room with a private bathroom and shower. However, most rooms at this location utilize communal facilities. Unfortunately, our room was located very close to the shared bathrooms and lavatories. Due to a complete lack of etiquette from other guests using those facilities, it was extremely noisy throughout the night. Because of the poor sleep quality and the noise levels, we likely won't be staying here again. It's a beautiful property, but the layout and noise issues made it difficult to fully enjoy our birthday celebration.

We wondered if that was intentional for added quiet since we had requested a medical accommodation room. While there was a single assist handle by the shower, that was the extent of the accessibility features, so it felt a bit underwhelming in terms of follow-through. Food-wise, the options were limited. My mom ordered a salad that came in a nearly empty box. It looked more like a garnish than a meal, and she was pretty disappointed. I ordered boneless wings but was given bone-in. My sister returned them and they were remade without issue, but it still added a bit of hassle. The common areas varied. The fitness center was nice, and I appreciated that the laundry room had chairs--something small, but surprisingly thoughtful. However, the trash in there was overflowing, which seemed strange since only one person is allowed in at a time and has to check the key back in at the front desk. The hallway from the elevator to the staff area had visible liquid trails that looked like something had been dragged, and it made me question how frequently the floors are maintained. The luggage cart was oddly small, maybe two-thirds the size of a regular grocery cart, and only one was available for the entire property. For a family with multiple bags and an advance reservation made months ago, it would've been helpful if management ensured more were accessible. Service was a mixed bag. The front desk manager was friendly, but she was on her phone a lot and couldn't answer most of our questions. That said, the bartender deserves a shoutout. He was incredibly kind and thoughtful. On a 90+ degree day, I asked for some ice water and he took the time to squeeze two limes into it for me since the complimentary water in the lobby had run out. That level of care really stood out. Breakfast is not complimentary here, and what's available felt bland, so we ended up finding a nearby spot instead. The dog-friendly outdoor seating area, however, was beautiful and peaceful, and the laundry machines worked well. Not a bad stay, but a few simple improvements in hospitality, maintenance, and communication would make a big difference.
