I hired All Pro Renovations to do some repairs from a fire…read more The owner of the company, Ken, started out on a good note with me but over time that changed. I should have known how the project was going to go from the very beginning. The first day of work, the subcontractors showed up, who were great I might add, and they were removing the dry wall from inside the house and I heard Frank on the phone with Ken telling him he needed the sheet rock so they could get done. It took Ken hours to bring it because he was going getting other things so they were just sitting waiting on him. As the project moved on this is how things went. Ken would not bring material for them to work. He was piece milling the material instead of bringing everything at once. About the 2nd - 3rd week Frank informed me they were leaving early because they were out of material and had nothing to do. I didn't get involved but this continued. About a month later I was sitting in the house about 1:30 and saw The subcontractors talking in front of the house and I New they should have been in the back working. I didn't think nothing of it but about 3PM I looked outside and they were gone. I called Frank and asked him why they left and he said they quit. They were not going to work for Ken anymore due to the way he was talking to him when he asked for material. I called Ken and told him to make it right with them because I didn't want anyone else working on my house. I asked Ken to go purchase all of the material and put what he needed in my garage and the rest out side. He still did not do that. He still purchased a little at a time. The last straw was when the subcontractors were doing the roof, I had to go change the shingles because the ones Ken purchased was wrong. He was not talking to Frank at this point so he didn't know what they needed and was buying the wrong stuff. I had to go swap the shingles myself to keep them working. I gave Ken one last shot and said get EVERYTHING that day for the next day. When he still didn't do it and I had to go to Lowe's and get the wood myself! I fired him. The only thing Ken was responsible for was getting the workers what they needed and he couldn't even do that. He did not do any work on my house himself and was delaying the process for the workers who were. After I fired him I hired Frank and Kevin myself because they did not want to work for him anymore. I started to get the materials myself they needed to complete my house. They are great to work with and easy to get along with. Frank and Kevin did great work and I will hire them again. I will NOT work with Ken Mac at All Pro Renovations again and will NOT refer him to anyone.

Our new location is beautiful and perfectly fits our needs. We couldn't be more grateful for the hard work done by Mr. Byrom and his company. Marty has been a pleasure to deal with. He is a busy man, but he still finds time to talk to me on the phone. He has always been courteous and friendly, and he has proven to be a man of his word. Horrible experience with a Byrom Constructed House…read more This builder built my house. Within a short time of moving in, the BRAND NEW house started leaking/POURING water. The builder did come out on numerous trips and purported to fix the problem each time. All to no avail. The house still leaks. Frustrated with the builder's efforts, I have replaced the roof that was not ready to be replaced in hopes of fixing the problem--the roof was not the problem however. My next step is the replace the windows on the upper floors that I believe were not properly sealed. Overall, I would not use this builder to EVER build anything for me.

First, the plumber informs me that there will be an $89 Service Fee just for coming out, then goes out to his truck to get me a price on clearing the drain with his water jet system (wait a minute, I thought I requested a line snake!). He comes back into the home and quoted me over $500 plus the $89 to clear the drain. He further explained that his company didn't carry a line snake, to which I replied that I probably wouldn't either if I was CHARGING A CUSTOMER OVER $500 TO CLEAN OUT A SEWER LINE! My advice, call someone else.

Brandon was there the next business day, and I expressed to him how frustrated I was with a previous experience with a different company a few years ago and didn't want to go thru that again. Brandon assured me this would be different.....and wow, was he right. Clint was an amazing PM and Roberto who led the team onsite was incredible. They promised they'd have all work done in four days....maybe five. I was doubtful, but by the end of the first day, I could tell he was right. The team was quick, courteous, and the whole project was done in four days. Not only that but Clint helped work with insurance on my behalf to make sure all aspects were covered. He advocated for us to make sure it was all taken care of and took care of things I was overwhelmed in dealing with. He was way more help than our adjuster was. All in all....five star plus experience. Thank you to Brandon, Clint and Roberto for a great job and I fully intend to tell everyone to give your team a call when things like this happen.

Once I picked out the flooring I wanted the job was done in less than two days to do the main level of the house including complete tear out of the old floor and laying the new floor. There should be an option to give 0 stars as a review. I purchased carpet for 2 bedrooms, which I believe was kept in an unsanitary storage situation. The more it was vacuumed and cleaned only brought more dirt to the surface. I complained with the hope that they would make it right, to no avail. The company replied to my first review with statements that were grossly fabricated. Needless to say, I recently had to replace the junk they sold me for quality carpet. Please, don't waste your hard-earned money at Riverchase Carpet and Flooring!
