We also prepared a pine nut couscous with dried apricots. Our side dish was marinated zucchini with an oregano and sun dried tomato vinaigrette that our group made. Our main dish was sautéed shrimp with Mediterranean spices and a garlic aioli. Great food and an excellent experience.
