My experience here was terrible. The teachers kept on messing up things for my twins boys. My one son doesn't take a pacifier but they required us to bring one just in case. And they lost it the 1st week. How can you lose it when the pacifier was attached to a pacifier clip and clearly marked with his name? It's a small incident but no apologies for mishandling my kid's things. Also, they mixed up diapers. My twins use different size diapers since one is bigger than the other. They came home wearing each other's diaper. Smaller son was swimming in a big diaper and the other son's belly was bulging out so much because the smaller diapers was too tight on him and he was super fussy. In addition, they mixed up bottles between my two boys. They are on different type of formula for dietary reasons, which was explained to the staff. We also use different type of bottles to prevent mix up and name stickers. One day one of the teachers told us one child wasn't eating his bottle that day. I saw that the unfished bottle was for the other child. Of course he didn't eat it because it wasn't his bottle and wrong formula. Also, strange thing about this place is that you can't go in to the infant room unless you have a background check clearance. I was able to go in during a tour but once my kids started going there I, a parent, couldn't go back there. At drop off/pick up teachers bring each kid in and out of the infant room. I asked my friends about their daycare and no other place has such strange policy. When I asked the owner about this she said it's for insurance reasons that they don't want anyone to fall in the nursery and get hurt or hurt the kids. And they don't want parents to interact with other people's kids. Why would someone fall in the nursery and why would someone bother another child that's not your own. I just want to see the place where my child is at all day. Their reason is such a B.S. This policy is so shady. Lastly, Lisa, the owner of mother goose kicked us out of the daycare without any prior notice over diapers. When we picked up the boys we were told one of our boys' diapers ran out. But we just dropped off a brand new big bag last week. We thought it was odd since they usually last about 2-3 weeks. We brought this to one of the teachers attention. She told us that our baby had some episodes of diarrhea for a few days and may have used up more diapers. But it didn't make sense to us how fast it ran out. Feeling uneased about this we went home and checked daily report for the past several days. Based on the reports, we were missing about 20 diapers. We know it's only petty diapers but missing 20 in several days?? We thought it had to be somewhere in the back at the daycare. We usually bring double of everything each time and they keep stuff in the back room. The next morning, as my husband dropped of the boys he showed them the report and that a lot of diapers are missing. We didn't accusing them of doing anything wrong. My husband just asked them very nicely to double check in the back to see if there are any left. We didn't hear anything back from them the whole day but when we went to pick up the boys at the end of the day we were shocked. The owner Lisa had us come up to her office and told us that it doesn't seem like we trust them and without our trust they don't want to take care of our kids. Prior to us arriving, she had already written out a refund check and handed it to us. She told us she has to protect her teachers for the future incidents and has to take this action. I was like protect them from what? It's not like and we are gonna sue them for some missing diapers!!! It's ridiculous. Just like that! She didn't even give us time to look for another daycare. All they care about is $$ and covering their butt. Lisa is clearly not interested in building a relationship or work things out with families that send their loved ones there. About the missing diapers, Lisa said teachers may have not recorded some diaper changes here and there if things got too crazy and etc. If that's the case train your staff better and do a better job. Don't say you are offended because we don't trust you and kick us out. Mothergoose owes us an apology since they clearly messed up and didn't do their job right. Instead of an apology we got kicked out. Unbelievable!!! They have a 2 weeks' notice policy when you want to pull your kid(s) out of there but when they don't want you they don't give you grace period to look for another day care. How is that fair?? We had no one to watch our kids the next day. Lisa and her staff did not care. If anyone decides to send your kids here, be prepared to shut your mouth and forever hold your peace. The day you open your mouth to question or complaint is your kid's last day there. read more

I really love the daybreak service that Mother Goose offers. As a freelancer, I don't have a consistent work schedule and this program gives me the flexibility we need. My son is in with the regularly enrolled kids while he is there so he gets to enjoy the music, tumbling, and other fun stuff too. The people are great, the atmosphere is fun, the rate is a value, and the facility is clean. I couldn't ask for anything more. read more

This place is a life saver. When school is not in session, such as holidays or in-service days, working parents do not often have other alternatives for quality and safe child care. Until I found Mother Goose, we had no other choice but to either take time off work or scramble to find someone who can watch my child. Now we can just drop our child off at Mother Goose. The facility is clean. The kids are polite and well mannered. Our child doesn't even want to leave. Miss Lisa, the owner, is friendly. The teachers are great and caring. I can drop our child off for a few hours to the entire day or even week! I highly recommend Mother Goose. read more

Incredible! This is my first child and I was seriously anxious about putting him into full time daycare at such a young age. The infant room is AMAZING. The staff is excellent. I feel well informed about everything happening at all times and I feel comfortable calling or stopping in at any time. They go out of their way to take special care of my son and genuinely care about his well being. I feel so confident in MG that we are moving 30 minutes away and still plan to keep our son enrolled there. Highly recommend MG daycare. read more

My 2 year old daughter used the day break service here and we have had a superb experience. Lisa, the owner, is extremely accommodating and a truly loving and compassionate leader. She strives for the best for all the children at her school. The teachers she picks are first-class and my daughter doesn't want to come home! The daybreak service is super convenient for working parents. We needed care for our daughter only for a few months (in between job and house moves) and Lisa worked it out for our daughter. My son went to this daycare when we moved to the area and at first seemed like the staff really were really caring and my son was well cared for. However after a couple of months it seemed like there was a high turnover in staff and the staff that were there were always rotating. Which raises concerns as a parent. Then the small cozy classrooms continued to grow in students in a small room and the owner decided to address the issue with just adding more staff into the cramped rooms. There was virtually no space for the kids to move around at all with the large tables in the rooms. Then my son consistently began getting reports for aggressive behavior. Because in my opinion there is no where for them to go all day but in the small confined space, but was continually told it was temporary but was ultimately it was my toddlers fault. When he moved up to potty training with the amount of toddlers in his class and not an in classroom restroom the teachers would have to either leave the classroom all day running kids for training or be in class and inconsistent with the training. Then we receive a letter from the owner Lisa that WE would have to have him potty trained or put him in another daycare. He did well at home but Lisa sets the teachers and parents up to fail if not done her way. It seems her main concern is profits and and how many children she can squeeze into a room regardless of how it effects the children. The other big issue we had was at pick up time you have to go around to the back door and stand on a step waiting to get buzzed in by the babies' teachers who always seem distracted (obviously). I can't tell you how many times it took to up to ten minutes to get buzzed in while i can see staff having conversations not hearing the buzzer is all I can assume. The overall dis-concern and mismanagement of this otherwise seemingly quaint daycare is the reason we put our son in another daycare where he has an appropriate amount of space to run and play without punitive repercussions to the child and the parent. read more

I can't believe I haven't wrote a review earlier!!! We have had both of our sons in here since they were newborns (they are 4 yrs old and 2 yrs old now). We absolutely love this daycare and are very appreciative for the great care Lisa and her wonderful staff provide. My boys love it here and it makes me happy to know that they are indeed learning while also having fun (by 3 yrs old, my older son was reciting the alphabet and even numbers and colors in Spanish). The daycare is very clean and they are extremely strict with safety, which is obviously a great thing. All the women there are super nice and friendly and my boys absolutely adore them. If you are looking for a caring, affordable daycare (with great hours!) look no further! read more

Love Mother Goose! I drop off my daughter knowing that she is in a safe, nurturing and warm environment. The teachers are really nice and caring, I can see that when I talk to my daughter about them and she happily babbles back at me, all smiles!! Lisa, the owner, is very friendly and is very dedicated to the quality of care that every child receives. I was really anxious about sending my daughter to daycare for the first time.. but after visiting a bunch of daycare centers, I just knew that Mother Goose was the one! Looked for a daycare that would take care of both our boys and we decided on Mothergoose. Great school in the beginning, but went down hill quickly. For my oldest it's what he needed to be ready for kindergarten.The teachers in the 3 yr old and 4 yr old classrooms were awesome. They gave him the structure he needed and he is doing very well at his new school. As for my youngest, things were fine in the beginning when he started there as a baby. We really didn't have any complaints until we found that he needed some extra help and he was given a state I.E.P. Then it began to seem like the owner didn't want to have anything to do with him anymore. First, in the 2 yr old classroom the teachers were very nice, but it was more of a free for all with very little structure. Potty training was a joke as there isn't even a bathroom in the classroom. The last problem before we pulled him had to do with my son finding a very bad safety issue on the playground. When the incident happened the only things the owner had to say was that it never happened before and that she was worried that my son was a safety issue. Not once did she apologies for what happened or that his teacher wasn't watching him when they were outside. Instead all she kept saying was that she wanted him out. Even after we pulled him from Mothergoose the safety issue wasn't addressed. How can you trust someone that they will take care of your children when they knowingly have a safety issue and will not take care of the problem? There is a section that covers this under both state and federal daycare law. I do not recommend this daycare. The owner seems to only care about the money she's making and not actually about the children in the building. The Mothergoose website says she's a hands on owner. Do not believe the lie. In the 3 years that we were at Mothergoose I only saw her interacting with the students once. I do know that since we pulled our boys out that other families have left for some of the same concerns. This can not be a coincidence. Remember, this is our review of Mothergoose and our experience. I just ask that if you consider Mothergoose for your child/children that you step lightly and pay close attention to everything. We wish we would have from the beginning. read more

This is a little gem of a daycare. I never heard of it before, but as my child has been enrolled for 8 months now, i'm SO glad that i found it. I have seen so much growth in my child's emotions and development since he started at mother goose. The staff and facility are very flexible and accommodating to the needs and wants of the parents. They really try their best (and succeed) at making leaving your child with them as stress-free as possible. We loved the home-ish feel of the day care and how it didn't feel like just another school...it felt like a place when my son could feel comfortable with the staff and with the other children. i would highly recommend at least a visit if you're looking for childcare, you will be not be disappointed. The only downside about this place is if you ever get relocated (like me), you'll have such high standards for a daycare that are almost impossible to fill. 11 stars out of 10. read more

Mother Goose's daybreak service is wonderful. I am primarily a stay at home parent, but am in school and work part-time. The daybreak service has been great for work or school commitments that come up where I only need daycare for a few hours here and there. The staff is friendly and welcoming and I always feel comfortable leaving my children there. Great place! read more

When we started looking at potential daycare for our daughter, Mother Goose stood out for a few reasons. First, the environment was very warm and homelike, which was a definite plus for us. Second Mother Goose was the only facility we visited where the infants napped in a separate room from where they played. Finally, we really liked that the first floor is very open, and even though there is a gate separating the different age groups, they're in the same area and no one is isolated thoughtout the day. We really liked the warm atmosphere and thought our daughter would do well there. Six months later, we're thrilled with our experience. Our daughter has been going since she was three months old and she's very happy there. The caregivers are wonderful and really help to create a loving environment that is also structured. The owner, Lisa, is heavily involved in the day to day activities of running the daycare, so we always feel assured that our daughter is being well cared for. We would highly recommended Mother Goose to anyone looking for child care! read more
