Our purchase was made online, and it was ready to be picked up within 30 minutes! Plus, I think that the day after Thanksgiving must have been a sale day because the same bulb was much more expensive at nearby competing stores. There isn't currently a designated pickup parking slot, but if you pull up to the front door and give them a call (use the telephone number from the email that they sent letting you know that the item is ready), they'll be out shortly with your order. At least that is how it worked out for us. The person bringing the item to our trunk was masked. Very convenient and so easy.

Lo and behold, Napa had exactly what I needed with a $10 savings for Black Friday. I guess you do luck out once in a while. Curbside pick-up was available and so, at about 7:30 a.m., I ordered the bulbs and requested curbside pickup. Just before the store was scheduled to open, at 8:00 a.m., I received an email saying that my order was ready to pick up. When we arrived in the parking lot, I called them, told them I had arrived and within 2-3 minutes we had the package in the back of the SUV and we were able to head back home. This is another store that has made it extremely easy to buy stuff during COVID-19 time. THANKS!

I paid for new tires and window tint and picked it up and there was bubbles everywhere on the tint (which there normally isn't). the service guy pulls out a credit card and tries to smooth them out. I leave because I was heading out of town. it only got worse. and once rolling my window down after 2 days there were bubbles all over and the tint is a half inch short from the top of my window. Also my tire sensors don't work now . they also didn't give me my tires back like I requested. It looks like Stevie Wonder tinted my windows. what is going on here??? The normal guys aren't at the front desk. was there a massive exit?? Financial problems??

The wait wasn't bad at all, I was there for about an hour. There are 2 car ports, so 2 cars getting worked on at a time. There is a coffee machine in the office. I had a female mechanic who was knowledgable and friendly. The mechanic gave me a breakdown of my car, checking things besides the oil. The mechanic recommended various treatments, based on importance. The recommendations were based on pH levels of different fluids. I decided to do a brake flush and 3step fuel system cleaning, additional to oil change. The mechanic informed me that my air intake hose was cracked. She recommended Intake Sales and Services to replace my intake hose. The total was $260, with a $15 off coupon. I'd come back to Grease Monkey, friendly and knowledgable staff.
