They are nice, honest and up front, have had no problems with vehicle in the areas they have repaired. I would recommend them any day of the week. Quality people and very fast service, boyfriend and I were in a pinch with a flat tire and they patched it up from 5:30 ish to 6pm when they closed and were super helpful. use to be a good respectful place to have your vehicle service. over the last few years they have really tanked. bought new winter tires 4 years ago and only used in the winter and garage storage. two tires have cracks in the inside walls and replaced one with a tire that was a luck day. today another tire crack inside the tire wall and price quote was over 2k for new tires cause they don't warranty the tires and won't make the manufacture be held accountable. no accountability for pour product and nothing they will do. go somewhere else to have your vehicle service and stay out of the tire Rama. I will be happy to pay more for doing what is right then for " Sorry can't do anything it's corporate ". I work for a billon dollar company that doesn't have this type of service. Horrible service and one of the most unprofessional companies. my business is not that much but it is not going to be taken to Tire Rama. read more

If you know anything about cars, by all means, get a set of tires, as long as you're comfortable supporting a company with questionable business practices. If you don't know anything about cars, DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE. The technicians intentionally prey on the uniformed. I got my oil changed recently at this business (hey, I have limited space and a busy schedule). Upon having my oil changed, the nice man at the counter informed me that I would need a new air filter and my serpentine belt had "quite a few cracks in it". I denied the belt change as I knew I could do it myself far cheaper. Assuming they weren't entirely corrupt, I picked up a new belt on my way home. When I swapped the belts out, I realized that there wasn't even A crack in it, let alone quite a few. I'm a female. A moderately attractive one. That doesn't mean I'm naive the the inner workings of a car, but thank you Airway Heights TireRama for assuming that I'm an idiot and seeing a way to bully a young customer into purchasing an unnecessary service. At my previous employer I contracted these guys to maintain our company vehicles. They were always fair and did their very best to get us in. Taking my own vehicle there it's exactly the same experience. Nice guys and for me at least, very fair. The only concern... and it's like this at each tire shop like this. The good experienced technicians are usually few and far between. Although I've always had good luck with this location, sometimes you get one who needs a little more experience in that kind of atmosphere. But always very nice. Thanks for the service! read more

I was in a bind-battery wouldn't hold a charge when I picked it up at the airport. I called them, they said bring it in, got me right in no problem. He and also noticed a lose oil pan AFTER I drove off, he noticed oil on the ground and called me to come back and get it checked out. Josh was a lifesaver and so very nice and professional. Went here after my regular shop couldn't get me in as soon as I would have liked for an alignment. Almost immediately I was getting a call that my alignment was really a $1000 job due to me needing all ball joints (upper and lower) replaced on my truck. My truck is immaculate and serviced regularly. All it needed was an alignment! I took it straight to my normal shop they put my truck on the rack, inspected, and they actually called Tire Rama and called them out on trying to rip me off! They had no explanation. I bought 4 brand new cooper discovery tires and they were great. How ever I asked them to flush my heater core. And when I got the bill it showed that they used 6 quarts of antifreeze to flush it what idiot uses antifreeze instead of water. 6 something a quart. Then you go in to get tired rotated and the make you wait 30-45 minutes a job that should take 5 minutes. Their estimates are way out of the ball park. To replace a ball joint 900 dollars. I had the whole front end done somewhere else for 1000. I would not recommend tire Rama to anyone. My sister had a nightmare experience with them and I had forgot about it. I guess that's on me but I can help others. read more

I had been going here for about 4 years, and thought the service was fair, even though I had gotten a lot of warnings from people not to go there. Over the years, I had some issues with calling to make an appt and being told you don't need an appt, only to show up and be told they were too busy to help me. Other times I'd take my car in for an oil change and tell them "if something else needs to be done, just call me and I'll say yes or no". Then I'd show up later to pick up the car and be told I needed a new air filter and to bring it back next week. All that was 'meh'. A couple months ago I scheduled an appt to have a repair on my car. I told the guy to make sure he ordered the part. When I showed up for the appt they hadn't ordered the part and told me to come back in a week. They never called or anything. About a week ago I thought I'd give them another chance by having them take my snow tires off. When I picked up my car, it was making a LOUD metal scraping sound. I don't know how they didn't hear this. They had bent the dust shield when putting on the tires and it was rubbing against the tire. I had to come to work on Monday so they could fix it. They never made any of this right, just said "my bad". Never again. read more

Been to this location several times and never had a problem with any of the work done. Customer service is good and they actually call when work is done. Fairly quick servicing as well. Prices are competitive with other tire shops in town (yeah all tires are expensive now, no matter what you drive) Id choose tire rama over les Schwab any day. read more

Right around Christmas here and my mother's radiator in her truck started leaking a little bit.. Visually after just a few minutes of it running you could see where it was leaking under the truck. I told her to take it up to a shop to have it checked out to see if it needed a radiator or just hoses, and they proceeded to charge her $43 just to tell her it was leaking... Most shops won't charge you just to look at it. I called them up and told them that was wrong and they were taking advantage of my mother and the manager hung up on me! Forget this shop, save your money and go somewhere else... read more

Where do I begin? Originally went in to have a slow leak checked out. Was told there wasn't any slow leak, the tire was just low on air. Went on my way. Slow leak persisted. Went back and told them I still had slow leak after being told there was no leak. They checked it again. Turned out there was some damage to the tire that had caused the tire to leak. My bad, I had an inkling I had done something in a winter storm that might have damaged the tire. I bought two replacements. Price wasn't bad, but wasn't great either. I had tires rotated and new tires installed and went on my merry way. Four weeks later, my tire pressure warning light pops on, I check out the tires and sure enough, the older tire rotated to the front of the car is low and surprise, one of the brand new tires on the back was low. Went back to this place and told them what the problem was and the guy at the front counter who is very pleasant, but doesn't know what he is talking about tries to tell me that it's the old tires, that probably need to be replaced. I told him one of the tires is the new ones I had purchased four weeks earlier and he checks computer and back down from his assertion that it two old tires. Car goes in to the garage. After having to wait and wait and wait (over one hour and there are exactly three other cars being worked on, so slow manager comes out of his office and tells people in garage to stop "talking" and unload tire shipments), I go up to the counter and ask the "pleasant guy" when my car will be ready am told it is ready now. I ask what the problem was and am told that the tires needed to be "beaded" on the rims. I am charged for the repair of the older tire ($19) and leave. I gey home and a couple of days later the "pleasant guy" calls and leaves a message about having the core of my wheel still at the garage (never was put back on supposedly) and it will be at the front desk. I zoom in a couple of days later to pick it up on my way someplace and leave. No apology for not completing the job correctly or inconveniencing me. I get home look at the wheel core and realize it's broken which is why it came out of the rim to begin with. After previous experience I never bothered calling them on it. These people just want to sell you something, they are not interested in customer service at all, very sad. I am going back to Les Schwab which I should have done to begin with! read more

I started going to Tire Rama in 2007. After a bad experience with LS, I checked out these guys. 90 days same as cash, three oil changes and the next one is free. I have bought all my tires there and had my maintenance work done there also. I have always found them to be very honest. I would recommend them to everybody!! read more

After paying over $950 my granddaughter started driving her so-called repaired car home. It was chugging, had no umph and the check light came on. Hopefully they can repair today what they couldn't yesterday. It was closing time so she couldn't even call them. read more

Brought it in for a power steering leak was quoted @ $510 to replace rack and pinion which they said that was wrong with it. I thought it was a great deal at the time but when the car was at the shop, they keep calling to say it now needs a tie rod for to finish the job so I said yes, now its $620, then the next day they called again to say now I needs hoses for another $350 I told them no why they keep adding more stuff to the work when they should of quoted it all together at once. I pick up the car now its leaking even worse when I drop it off the 1st time. They damage my hoses they wont step up to take reasonability so they want me to pay for there sloppy work. If your from the base, avoid them they will take advantage of military kids, which was my daughters car. read more

Horrible experience!! Called yesterday for a quote and an appt. Walked in for my appt today... they couldn't find my quote, and proceeded to tell me that I could not buy just 2 tires because my vehicle is a 4X4. Did the person at the counter even look at my tires, did he ask my why I thought I needed two new tires, did he see that the vehicle is only a 4X4 when it is engaged? NO, NO and NO! Would not sell me two tires even though it's MY vehicle. Never had any kind of problems when they were Alton's! They made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm a female. They lost my business and I will never go back again. I went NEXT DOOR to Les Schwab and was met at my vehicle asking what I needed. They proceeded to treat me with respect, and checked out the tires and even told me that I didn't need new tires and they would fix the problem for free. Les Schwab has my vote! read more
