We found out we could not completely fix it without a dealership scanner to complete the job, so once again we left our truck with him. He delivered it to the dealership the next day, and explained the issues and even offered to go back and pick it up if we could not get there during the dealers open hours. His pricing was great. Sean never got frustrated and worked tirelessly, in pouring rain the whole time to get the car on trailer. When we got to the dealership it REALLY WAS A WORKOUT for him, still in pouring rain got it off trailer after a half hour and smart thinking on Sean's part!! Was so friendly we chose to use them. It was the middle of the eve and heavy holiday traffic, very dangerous to be broken down on the side of the road with a van full of kids. The fastest tow I have ever had. Called and 16 mins later he was there with a flatbed and ready to help us out. Then later the next day needed them again for helping to get into our van. Never again would I use them and I would recommend others do not either. Promised service in 2 hours (This location is about 7 miles from my home in Boyne City). Absolutely no contact from them. After 4+ hours and two follow up calls to AAA, I was informed that the station would need yet another hour or so. At this point, AAA cancelled the service call with them and scheduled another service call from a provider in Grayling (55 miles away!). The driver called right away and told me that he was on the way and would arrive in about one hour. John's is a station to avoid!!!
