There are a few early classes that are regularly full and you have to plan ahead to get in, but the slots I got to (7:15 & later) are easy to get into. When you sign up you can lock in a price, so I do suggest that you try to do your intro week when you're ready for the longer term... you can save some $$ that way. This has turned into such a great investment for me. I had hoped to get there ~3xs a week, but the way they change up the exercises each day make it totally possible to go 5-6xs and not be reworking the same muscle groups every day. The people you meet here are also awesome. They're focused on fitness, committed to their workouts, and just genuinely fun to be around. It's been a great way to meet new cool people in Escondido. Personally this gym has changed me for the better mentally and physically. They've helped me learn how to safely lift, have confidence in myself, and I've lost ~40 lbs working out here and eating healthy. They don't push "weight loss" but talk to you about your goals and help you as an individual. EG: I mentioned that I'm trying to sign up for Hyrox this year and they have been working with me on those exercises specifically. There are some AMAZING coaches and others that are pretty good. At minimum they all care about you not getting hurt and getting a good workout. The studio manager is the best I've ever seen. I've probably been to five different F45's over the course of the last 10 years. This one is run so well. If you're at all unsure about what the workout looks like, they're very good about posting almost daily on Instagram. It's a fun way they bring the gym community together, and also would give you insights on the workouts before you sign up. This gym is very good about connecting members. The biggest area they could improve: the challenges. Every six months or so they do a special challenge that you pay to get into. What other studios do as a simple, muscle gain/fat loss challenge where the biggest improvements win this gym has turned into a chance to give people extra credit for bringing in new members, etc. It is a bummer on a really cool part of the gym at other F45s. I did talk to them about it - but now just don't sign up.
